Located 35 miles from Austin and 55 miles from San Antonio, this home is the best place to beat the heat. This single story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has a loft, spacious kitchen and 2 living areas. There is a large deck outside, outdoor shower and a vineyard.
Sleeping: The beds (3 queen size) sleep 6 and then there are 2 couches, a love seat and plenty of room for air mattresses in living areas and in the loft.

About the owner: I love being outdoors and on the river. I have started a new job and do not have time to make it up here in the coming months. My loss is your gain. This property is the perfect place to get away. You feel secluded, but city amenities are not too far away!
