  We stayed for a week (wish it could have been longer). This condo was wonderful...so comfortable, clean, fabulous kitchen and had a perfect view of the beach. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The owner called to make sure everything was fine and made us feel right at home. We definitely hope to stay here again!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

  We had a wonderful time staying at Carlos Pointe. The condo was very clean. It was located on the 4th floor. The kitchen was stocked with lots of necessities ( dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, etc), plenty of bedding, towels, beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The location was great. Away from the chaos of the time square area and easy to get off the island on the southern end. Beach was great, absolutely huge. The further north we walked the sandier it became. There is a large lagoon that the kids loved exploring and found horseshoe crabs and lots of wildlife. It is just a short walk over the bridge to lovers key. Irma, the owner, was awesome to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

  We just had a one week stay at Nonna's from 5/13-5/20. Irma was wonderful and was excellent at communicating with us from our first email and all through our stay. The unit it very well furnished and CLEAN! We were able to watch dolphins from the lanai and beach on several occasions, which was very exciting. There are many stores and restaurants within a short drive of the condo. The pool and sun deck at Carlo Pointe is also wonderful. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Ft. Myers beach. Thanks for everything, Irma!

  We recently rented Nonna's Beach condo for a week's stay. The unit was very clean and updated and it was supplied with everything you would need while away from home. The view from the lani was beautiful. The beach at this end of the island is very wide with plenty of room for sunning or taking a walk. The owner called after we checked in to see if we had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable staying at Carlos Pointe Beach Club. You are close enough to restaurants and stores yet away from the busy part of the island. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to have a great vacation experience!

  Condo was very nice..clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Owner called during our stay to make sure everything was OK..,left her phone number in case anything was needed. Would certainly recommend renting this unit to friends or relativel. Thanks again, Irma Orley Rehling

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, in this well maintained and comfortable condo. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Knowing that we were travelling with young children, they made sure that we had all the comforts of home. They welcomed us upon our arrival and kept in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect for us. Our children grew very fond of them as well and we all felt the need to visit them to say goodbye prior to leaving on our last day. We have stayed at Carlos Pointe in the past although this was our first experience privately renting a condo. From our first contact with these owners, we felt assured that there was nothing to worry about. Our instincts were very right. We will definitely be back!
