Enjoy the beautiful white sand beach and relaxing Gulf Coast waters just steps from your door. Our delightfully decorated beach house is just 150 yards from the beach and offers a quiet respite at the end of a day in the sun and sand. Evenings you can enjoy local restaurants within walking distance, or grill up your own BBQ sensation on the Ducane grill on the deck with your own chilled beverage in hand. The spacious deck offers lounge chairs and table seating for six.
The house has a spacious and well-appointed kitchen with a center island. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath with double sinks and oversize shower. The first guest bedroom is a double bed and can utilize the main bathroom. The second guest room is in a lower apartment and has a king-size bed. The laundry facilities are also located in the lower apartment.

We were the first renters at this location. We loved it! The house is nicely furnished and decorated....a nice beach cottage in a safe neighborhood. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the beds are comfortable. The landscaping is well kept. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The intersection with Miramar and Estero Blvd had an "official" crosswalk which made crossing to the beach a breeze. Times Square is a quick walk away either via beach or Estero Blvd. The house location offers easy on or off the island. You won't sit in traffic for long! We've been renting for several years in February and March at various locations in FMB. By far, this was our favorite! The owners were fabulous to work with and have done a great job creating a beach rental paradise. Enjoy your stay!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
