You will love this exceptional, second-floor, Gulf-front unit offering spectacular Gulf views from the master bedroom, living room, dining, kitchen, and large, private balcony.
This is not a "budget rental", but is our second home and kept up beautifully. Our condo has beautifully renovated kitchen and baths. We have installed upgraded tile floors and area rugs throughout the unit, which means there will never be dirty carpet. It's your vacation - enjoy the best!
In addition to the like new appearance of this condominium, you will be delighted with the spaciousness and the two, separate, bedroom suites - perfect for a family or for two couples to share.
Enjoy the many amenities, including heated pool and two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella setup throughout your stay (March through October.)
Our unit includes master bedroom with king-size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, secondary bedroom with two twin beds, one queen-size sofa sleeper, and two full bathrooms. It is ready for families, with bed rails available for the guest room twin beds and a selection of family and childrens' movies, games, and books. We have free wireless internet (WiFi) for your convenience.
Located on Seagrove Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, on the Panhandle of Florida. The area is known for its beautiful, turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. Seagrove beach is a beautiful, quiet beach ideal for families and couples.
Our unit is only one mile from Seaside. Across the street is a convenience store, pizza place, video/DVD rental shop, and bike rentals. It is an easy walk to fine dining at Cafe 30A, Angelina's, a seafood market, and the best take-out deli in town.

Why the Owner Chose Beachcrest
We bought a vacation rental in this location because of it's quiet, family oriented beaches, the white sand, crystal clear waters, and restaurants and beach towns nearby, such as Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Watercolor.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are only one mile from Seaside, and across the street from a bicycle rental shop. It's easy to walk or bike places, and very close to excellent restaurants. Our condo also has a heated beachfront pool, private balconies with amazing views of the gulf, and elevators to make loading and unloading luggage easy.

Seagrove has been our favorite vacation spot for almost 20 years. We live in Atlanta, have two children in school, and enjoy sailing, hiking, and being outdoors.

Perfect Location for a Quick Beach Getaway

This condo is perfect for a quick, relaxing beach getway. The condo is extremely clean and the Gulf view is spectacular! The restaurant 30A Cafe is about a half block away and Seaside is about a mile away. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella included in the price was a great plus. This trip will be extremely memorable for us since we got engaged our last night there! I would definitely recommend this to family and friends!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great time. The condo is beautifully decorated and very convenient to so many places. Loved the large balcony and view, we even saw a Manatee!! So many good eats but Barefoot BBQ in Seaside five minutes away is hard to beat. We hope to make it again next year.

Here's a comment we received via email: "I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your condo! It was wonderful! We absolutely loved the location! Being on the second floor provided privacy, yet we were still able to enjoy the ocean! We ate many meals on the patio and watched the dolphins swimming by! The beaches were wonderful and uncrowded. The water was warmer than I expected and I even got in a few times. Your condo was just exactly what we needed and was very tastefully decorated. Thanks for the tips on other things to do in the area. I left that sheet in the condo for others to read. We ate at Angelina's (wonderful) and my son rented a fishing pole from Goatfeathers (he did not catch anything, but had fun trying!) We loved Seaside and many of the other towns east and west, but decided we were very glad we did not stay in either Panama City or Destin!! Your place was just perfect for us! So thank you very much!"
