We had three families stay comfortably in this cabin. The power went out due to a snow storm and the cabin was set up by having the wood stove that can heat the whole place. The deck is definitely a huge plus for this property. Rex was very helpful and great to work with!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great time in the spacious clean cabin! The pictures do not give the cabin enough justice to how nice it is and the owner is great to work with. Access to Eagle Point ski resort was excellent and I didn't have to drive my vehicle for a week.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had such a great time at this beautiful cabin last summer, we booked it again for two trips this summer. We just got home from our first of the 2 and it was as fun as the last. We fished morning, afternoon and evening...caught so many trout! Then we drove the meadow right when it started to get dark and saw so many elk and deer. We had a wonderful time and hopefully we can make this a family tradition every year!!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I just went to beaver utah to take my three year old son on his first fishing trip. The cabin was absolutely wonderful. The bedrooms were spread out so when my son was noisy in the early morning, it did not bother the other family. The deck was wonderful. We ate all of our meals out there enjoying the peaceful scenery. We saw a heard of elk right up the road from the deck.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Great home. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and well priced. We had a wonderful time both in the cabin and on the slopes. Owner was very helpful - even checked in with us after our arrival. We will definitely return again. However, the listing's description is somewhat misleading. This is NOT a 4 bedroom home. It is a 3 bedroom home with a basement. There is a queen bed in the basement (along with a sofa/sleeper, foosball and TV) for a TOTAL of four queens. Unfortunately, our group consisted of five couples plus two kids and - per the description - we assumed that each couple would have their own queen sized bed. That wasn't the case - one unlucky couple ended up having to sleep separated on a couch and a cot. Another huge error is the claim that this home is "ski-in, ski-out". In reality it is probably 300 yards from the slopes - bushwhack through the trees, cross a second residential street, past more homes, then then another bushwhack and you will arrive at the ski run. I would describe it as "on the slopes" NOT "ski-in ski-out". Way easier to catch the free shuttle which, when flagged down, will stop right in front of the home. Overall, I want to say again that we had great stay in a wonderful home. We hope to get back very soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: 3oo hundred feet to a ski run told them #4 bedroom was in the basement ski on ski off only if you can ski
