The home may be rented without the studio if desired. The maximum occupancy, without the studio, is limited to 6 persons total. Rented as a full home, with the studio, maximum occupancy is 10. If the studio is not rented, it remains empty during your stay, and IS NOT rented to another party.
Florida flair and charm await you on your vacation when staying at 1920 Bayview Drive. This home sleeps 10, and is complete with 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a fully fenced back yard, your own private in-ground heated pool, and much more. Located at the north end of the island, you can park the car and walk to everything, or have quick, easy access off the island by car.
This home is available for rental as just a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 6, or with the additional 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio, for total occupancy of 10. When renting just the main home, and not the studio, the studio is not rented to another party but left empty.
The upstairs portion of the home has a large enclosed glass porch overlooking the canal across from it and the surrounding neighborhood. Watch the daily activities and happenings of island living from this great room. The living room is located off the porch, and has a queen size sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area. There’s a large screen TV and stereo here for you to relax with. Adjacent to it is the formal dining room.
The master bedroom is complete with a queen size bed, in-room TV, and full, private ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath in the adjoining hallway.
The kitchen is complete with all newer appliances and everything you need to prepare a simple breakfast to a full dinner. Outside there is also a gas BBQ for your grilling pleasure.
The back yard is fully fenced for your privacy and any pets you may wish to bring with you. There are poolside loungers and a dining table and chair set for your use. Relax pool side soaking up the Florida sun, or cool off in your own private, in-ground electric heated pool.
For those traveling with their pets, this home is pet friendly, and not restricted to the size of your pet. Both large and small pets are welcome. An additional pet cleaning fee does apply.
Unlimited long distance calling, high speed internet, and private washer and dryer are also included in this rental. There is also a public boat launch available for your use, free of charge. So feel free to bring your boat!
Poolside you’ll also find a one bedroom, one bathroom studio apartment. Complete with a kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and dining area. The studio has a day/trundle bed off of the living room, with a separate bedroom containing a queen size bed. An important factor in renting this studio is the ceiling height of it. There is head room clearance of only 5’5”, and should be kept in mind for those over this height when renting the studio.
This home is located at the north end of the island, and about a 5 minute walk from Times Square district. Walk to everything! Shops, restaurants, the beach, and nightlife are all just a minute walk from the house. Quick groceries can be found at the 7 Eleven also a couple minute walk from the house, or a full service grocery store is just 1/2 mile South. Catch the trolley to see the island or head to Bonita Springs, for just 50 cents a ride per person.

Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping. Looking for something to do after the beach? There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

We stayed here with another couple and all of our children/teenageers. The location was perfect as we were close to Times Square for the kids to be able to do their own thing, close to the beach, and the private pool was fantastic. The couple very minor maintenance issues (toilet paper holder broken) we had were addressed right away and never interrupted our fun at all! The management company is great to work with as well. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and having the lower level gave us adults our own space free from the teens. The head space which is accurately described in the listing in the lower level took us a day to get use to but didnt not bother us at all and we are all over 5'5". We would definately stay here again. Already looking forward to next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
