Welcome to our island getaway! Our charming two bedroom, two bathroom villa was completely renovated from studs out in 2010. While the entire villa complex received an extensive $3.3 million exterior renovation, we completely remodeled and refurbished the interior with granite, stainless steel appliances, luxuroius master bath, wifi, flatscreen tvs, and all the comforts of home. This wonderful villa is also allergy sensitive with a no smoking and no pet policy. Located by the # 1 green of Ocean Winds Golf Course, these first class accommodations are just a short walk from the islands 3 1/2 miles of unspoiled, private beaches where you can watch the dolphins swim and play. Our villa provides access to the Club amenity card which gives you the opportunity to enjoy Seabrook Island Beach Club's ocean front pools, restaurant, and the bar, as well as the Lake House fitness center. The amenity card also offers reduced guest fees for tennis, horseback riding, and golf at the beautiful Seabrook Island Ocean Winds course designed by Willard Byrd and the Cooked Oaks Course by Robert Trent Jones. Other available activities include bicycling, crabbing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, and more. You may wish to venture into historic and romantic Charleston only 30 minutes away, or simply relax with a good book in this beautiful island setting. Regardless of your choices, our villa will give you a home away from home that will make your Seabrook Island experience worth repeating.

We spent 4 lovely days in this villa. Location was very convenient to the golf courses and easily accessible to all Seabrook had to offer. Since we were two couples, we loved that the unit had queen beds in both bedrooms. The villa was clean and had everything we needed!Recommended for: Age 55+.

Wonderful condo. We found everything we needed and more. Cleanest rental we've ever had! Had a question about the garbage disposal and rental agent had someone at the condo within 2 hours.
