This new in '07 stunning Tuscan style villa is situated on one of the most desirable lots in Terrabella and offers long lake views from the lanai, the pool and the master bedroom. No upgrade is missing and every comfort has been considered. The floors are natural stone warmed with area rugs, the den has wood flooring and the 3 bedrooms are carpeted. My husband and I rented this villa for the month of January, and it is, by far, the best rental we have ever had. It is impeccably decorated and in a like-new condition. The location overlooking Pelican Marsh golf course is superb, with sunset views and tropical foliage that took your breath away. All rooms were spacious and well appointed. Master bedroom, bath and closet were well designed and comfortable. The study is large and well equipped with internet, printer and fax machine so it was easy to combine some work with our vacation. The two guest bedrooms and pull-out sofa in the study, and large dining room table worked well for a weekend group of 8 people. This rental was just as pictured and described, and the owner was extremely easy to work with. All in all, a perfect rental in a perfect location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I rented this house the month on December 2011. We were blown away by how nice this place is. I have rented places in Tiburon and the Dunes before, but this was way better than either of those. This house is in Pelican Marsh-Terrabella. Which to get to theTerrabella homes you have a second security gate to go thru. It's definitely in the highest end of homes there. We loved the design of the home. It had a huge master bedroom that connected to the unscreened in lanai (which really made for relaxing evenings and great views) Most of the homes were screened in. The other 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, which is perfect when you have friends with you. You can tell no expense was spared when this was built. Good experience also dealing with Matt the owner. Found the spa/pool heater a little confusing at first. Called him and he helped me right away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway.
