Wonderful four story family house with four bedrooms and four full baths. The half bath on the main floor. The large family room on the ground floor has 42' flat screen TV, lazy boy chair, sofa, other chairs and small eating/game table and 6' Kawai piano. Living room with working fireplace and seating for 8. Full kitchen with pots, pans, serving dishes, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, insta hot, everything a family needs.
On the second floor is the large Master bedroom with cable 42' TV, large master bath with two sinks and jacuzzi tub and all linens included. Guest room with full size bed and private bath with tub/shower. Guest room with twin beds and full bath in hallway. On the third floor is a large Attic room with full size bed and rock climbing wall and private bath. Washer/Dryer is in the basement. Garage for one car, carport for second car. Owned by an artist so the decor is very colorful and tastefully warm.
Walk to restaurants, food shopping, pharmacy, Metro (half/hr), Walk 20 min. to DC line. Convenient to Downtown, great neighborhood, great neighbors.

For anyone that is looking for a home with charm and fabulous location , look no further. My family and I came up to Chevy Chase to celebrate Christmas with our Md. relatives and fell in love with this Norman Rockwell home. We were provided with well furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. Firewood was also available to us and we enjoyed listening to the crackeling sounds of a live fire while watching the snow coming down. We felt completely at home. I would defenitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful stay last summer at this property. The description regarding location and amenities was accurate, as well as the photos shown. The owner was very easy to deal with and always ready and helpful in answering to our requests and needs. Nice area for a city vacation, with plenty of posibilities. Overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend the property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.
