A visit to our 4th floor beachfront condominium will give you a taste of "Margaritaville" on Marco Island where you will find tropical island ambiance close to vacation activities. The heated pool and beach are just outside the door.

Spectacular sunsets can be viewed from the 25-foot lanai, the living room, master bedroom, and kitchen. You will overlook Tigertail Beach and Sand Dollar Island with no other buildings to obstruct the breathtaking view.

Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, the split floor plan allows privacy between bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has single and double beds with bath in hall.

The bright kitchen has been remodeled and appliances are new. Both bathrooms have been updated.

Our condominium is located at South Seas Club, a beautifully landscaped and maintained, 55-acre, gated community. Enjoy shelling and dolphin watching while walking the three-and-one-half mile, white, crescent beach. Marco Island hosts one of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Florida. It is a great place to relax and recreate.

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 1997

Roger is a retired business man who enjoys the laid-back atmosphere of island living. Ann recently retired after working for a family physican for 30 years. Our primary residence is in Michigan. In our free time we volunteer at our church and the Children's Leukemia Foundation. We have raised six children and are the proud grandparents of six grandchildren who occupy a great deal of our time. We love attending the many sporting activities of the older children and babysitting for the younger children.

Why the Owner Chose South Seas Northwest

When we first crossed over the bridge to Marco Island, we felt we had found our paradise. We chose SSNW because of its location directly on the beach and adjacent to Tiger Tail Beach. This provides an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Island living is always casual and relaxing unlike the lifestyle of larger Florida cities located on the water. Naples is just a short distance away for those seeking a more metropolitan experience. It's the best of both worlds!

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

We enjoy our morning walks along the beach followed by breakfast or lunch on the lanai watching the boats on the water. Afternoons are spent relaxing in the sun at our heated pool. Marco boasts many fine restaurants, some within walking distance of our condo. It's great to end the day with cocktails and watching the spectacular sunsets.
