Condo directly overlooks the Withlacoochee River with great views right out your living room window! The condo also overlooks the pool area and hot tub one story below. The condo is located on street level so there are no stairs to climb! The condo interior was completely remodeled last year and is in immaculate condition including all new appliances, large flat screen cable TV, and all new furniture. The condo is a one bedroom / one bath (tub & shower) with a Queen sized bed to comfortably sleep two adults. Note: a small child could sleep on the living room sofa (however the sofa is not a sleeper sofa). A small roll-away bed is also available for a child... High Speed Internet is available for small additional charge.
Located In Dunnellon, the condo is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and small shops in the Dunnellon historic district. Dunnellon is located 30 minutes to Ocala and Crystal River areas and approx. 1 1/2 hours drive to Orlando, Tampa, or Daytona Beach areas.

This is a great place, with a breathtaking view! It has been recently updated. The condo had everything I needed. All I had to bring were my clothes. It even has cable, DVR, and High speed internet. It had docking for my boat. You can access two rivers and a lake from here. It is within walking distance to restaurants and stores. It is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The grounds are immaculate and constantly being updated. There is a pool and a Jacuzzi with plenty of deck space for grilling. The owners are very attentive to any needs. I can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This was the first my husband and I have rented a condo sight unseen. The condo was exactly as discribed and pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The owner went out of his way to provide anything that we requested, i.e. internet, and separate tv programing even the use of extra storage space. The area is quiet but provides many restaurants and shopping venues. The Blue Gater is a short walk away and has some great fish and chips and casual dining on the river. The river is great for kayaking and canoeing. The waters are clear and warm. One can spend a very relaxing day walking, swimming and picnicing at nearby Rainbow Springs state park. I would highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I have been staying at the “Landings of the Withlacoochee” condos for the past nine years. We have rented approximately six different condos and this year had the pleasure of renting this particular unit. The location is amazing; the scenic surroundings are stunning. It is the most peaceful and relaxing location with some of the best views imaginable. The Landings is ideally placed in the small town of Dunnellon, and is in walking distance to the local antique shops, as well as assorted dining establishments and river excursions. These condos also offer a hot tub, a swimming pool and two convenient patio areas, with grills provided, to cookout and relax. After a long day, it was wonderful returning to the condo with its beautiful furnishings; it was like returning to the comfort of your own home. The owners were incredible, going above and beyond what you would expect from a property-owner. They answered all of our questions and worked with us to make it the most pleasant and enjoyable month that we could ask for. We hope to return at least twice a year.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
