This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The layout is fantastic and it couldn't have been cleaner. The grounds are very well kept as is the pool. We enjoyed fishing in the river and exploring the nearby area. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a weekend away! It's in a perfect location.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Really enjoyed our visit. Accommodations were excellent it was as though we were at our second home. Amenities were very personalized and no detail was left out. Would highly recommend and look forward to another visit in the near future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed staying at the condo and being able to look off the large balcony and watch the kids run in the large grassy lawn, collecting pecans and running down to the river. The pool was nice and heated, though we didn't get to take advantage of it. The grills and picnic tables are a great place to cook out in the evening. It is a good place to stay with kids due to the great outdoor space and it is very convenient to anyone going to Schlitterbahn which is very close. The only minor criticism I would have, which is outside of the owner's control, is that some of the other units "upkeep" of their balconies was a little undesirable so if you are picky about that, it might be something to be aware of. It wasn't a problem for us, but I wanted to add this comment in the spirit of full disclosure. It was nice and quiet while we were here and we would stay here again. The owner is very easy to deal with and responsive and it was a very good value. We enjoyed our stay- thank you!Recommended for: Families with young children

We had a great stay! It was comfortable for our entire family which included disabled, 55+ parents and a 5 year old. Easy, short drive to Wurstfest! Kitchen was very well equipped for the big breakfast we made the next morning and the grounds were a lovely place to run off some energy before the car ride back to Austin. Next time I hope to swim in the pool!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent three nights in this very clean, cute condo. The property was quiet and super close to Schlitterbahn and grocery stores and gas stations, etc. The process of reserving and paying with credit card was seamless. Would definitely recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed one night at this beautiful condo for Wurstfest. This was our 2nd year to attend Wurstfest - the previous year we stayed at a different rental property. We couldn't have been happier with our rental choice this time! The condo exceeded our expectations! The only disappointment we had was that we only stayed 1 night. After our stay, we decided we have to come back for a longer visit to enjoy the gorgeous condo for longer! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful - he recommended a wonderful restaurant for breakfast the next morning which we greatly enjoyed. Perfect rental spot for anyone staying in New Braunfels! We highly recommend this condo to anyone! You won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at your condo - definitely a home away from home! Everything was just as described & shown in your listing. The condo and grounds are very well kept, we enjoyed the park-like setting while being entertained by the squirrels and deer. The location is central to everything in the area - Gruene, Schillterbahn, downtown, and several restaurants. We would definitely like to stay again and would recommend this property to everyone! This is the nicest condo we've ever had!! It was very clean, more spacious than we expected and attractive. But what really sold me was the well-stocked kitchen. (Yes... I actually cook on vacation and all condos are not equal in kitchen supplies!) Little amenities like body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms make things cleaner and easier on packing. It was unanimous with our family.... we will definitely pick this unit again! As far as the complex itself, we really enjoyed the grassy open area between the complex and the riving. It's a great space for picnics, frisbees... just about anything.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just got back from our stay in this condo an we loved it. The condo is clean, well equiped, in a great location. The kitched had everything we needed to cook our meals and clean up afterwards. The location is great since it is close (1/2 mile) to Schlitterbahn, Gruene and the Comal River. The park-like grounds are well maintained and peaceful. We enjoyed our time at the pool almost as much as relaxing on the third-floor balcony. I started every morning with a cup of coffee and a book on the balcony as the sun was coming up. What a great time and will definitely rent this unit again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to everything in town. The owners were helpful when my wife's father went into the hospital and died just before leaving on this trip, and offered to let us reschedule for a different time, which they did not have to do. The river access area was not clean, several rusty beer cans and an old tire among the tree roots exposed by the low water. This isnt the condos fault but the idiots who leave their trash in the river. Still plenty of water to tube and/or swim in. If you plan on tubing, allow an extra hour due to slow flow on the rivers, but still fun. The Guadalupe was less crowded than the Comal, and a better time. Naeglins Bakery was delicious. Security on-site at night was a big plus. Greune has some nice shopping and eating, but gets CROWDED on the weekends. Overall a good time and a good place to stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean , well maintained and had all the comforts of home. We spent alot of time at the pool and hot tub in the evenings. We liked the fact that the pool stayed open late. The owner Greg was very helpful. He provided us with lists of popular restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this property for a family vacation or romantic getaway. We enjoyed the short drive to Gruene and floating the Comal RiverThere is so much to do in New Braunsfels. This condo is beautiful! It was very easy to access and has an elevator right next to the assigned parking spot! Inside is extremely clean and well taken care of. The set up was great and the beds were comfy...it had EVERYTHING we needed!! We LOVED our stay here!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
