This condo was very clean and the location can't be beat. The unit was just a couple blocks away from all the restaurants/bars on center street as well as the pier. The unit is located on the top floor with great oceanfront views from the large deck. It's also located directly off the elevator, which is fantastic for moving stuff in and out and for getting down to the beach easily. We had 3 toddlers with us and they really enjoyed the oceanfront pool after a day at the beach. The rooms in the condo were layed out well with plenty of space. The parking garage is under the building, so the cars stayed dry all week. We didn't actually need to drive the car once we arrived. I recommend Taco Boy and Rita's (live music each night...good stuff) I would recommend this condo to anyone. We had a fantastic week and I hope to stay here again. My only "constructive feedback" is regarding the management company (local agency - starts with "Fred")...didn't answer multiple phone calls during normal hours, even the emergency phone number. The owners of the condo, however, were fantastic to work with...ask them your questions and avoid the mgmt company!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The description of the property was scant. Pros: The property was oceanfront, very clean and well maintained. Customer service from the owner and rental agent was superb, no snags. I would recommend this property to friends. We love Folly Beach, parking the car, and walking everywhere. We continue to try different restaurants and other facilities, we like being close to Charleston. Cons: TV in living area was small and outdated. Wireless Internet reception was poor. Excessive cleaning fee. Don't like weather emergency costs and policies. Overall experience, very good. Thanks.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
