  Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo with a great location and view on Sanibel Island. Close to the pools and beach. My only complaint would be to include some basic kitchen supplies such as coffee filters, salt & pepper, etc. Our arrival on April 1st was very late. Flight was delayed and we did not arrive at the condo until 2 a.m. I assumed coffee filters would of been provided. My husband had to make a special trip so we could make coffee in the morning. Some basic cleaning supplies would of also been appreciated. A broom and dust pan was all I could find. I like to keep a tidy and clean area to live in. Why not include a container of lysol wipes or a spray of some sort to clean kitchen and bathroom counters? Other than that I would recommend others to the property, and would stay there again. We had a fabulous week!

I appreciate your comments regarding the absence of coffee filters. spices, etc. While my management company does not supply them as part of their arrival package, I myself left a good supply when I left in February, but apparently previous renters had used them all. I will pass your comment on to my management company and perhaps they will consider providing them in the future. PS: I did contact my management company and they advised that the Health Department does not permit the leaving of spices, filters, etc. in the unit. It's an issue of cross contamination. I was not aware of this until you brought the issue to my attention. Thank you. Re: cleaning supplies: Although a broom, dustpan, mop, bucket & paper towels are provided, condo owners are discouraged from leaving potentially toxic cleaning products as they can pose a danger to young children staying in the unit. I very much appreciate your comments, your recommendation of my unit to others, and your awarding my condo a 5 out of 5 rating.   The condo is nicely furnished and equipped. I did buy a plastic basin to do hand washing, etc. My only complaint -- not limited to this condo -- is Sundial must improve its internet WiFi connection! Did eat at the newly re-opened Il Cielo; it has a fine wine list and the food was well prepared, ambience and service quiet and professional without being too stiff or overbearing.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Owner response: Thank you for your comments. We too have found the Wi-Fi to be frustrating at times. The condominium association has recently changed providers and continues to evaluate service in response to feedback from owners and guests.

  E-mailed: June 7, 2012 Hi Jacquie. We absolutely enjoyed your condo. It was extremely clean with a nice view and we would come back to stay there next time we come to Sanibel. The layout was perfect with 2 separate bathrooms for privacy. There was a storm over the weekend we arrived so all kinds of interesting shells and creatures were washed up on the beach to look through. We found lots of great shells! I have no negative feedback or improvements to provide, however, a recliner in the living area might be a nice add. Everything worked fine in the condo and we could tell you all take great pride and care in your place. Thank you so much for letting us stay there! Gwen

  Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. We rented bikes for the two adult children, and they were off exploring every day. The condo was exactly as described, clean and very well stocked (except for beach towels, but we were able to rent some very reasonably through Royal Shell). The owner was most helpful in providing me with info prior to arrival via e-mail, and was so gracious. Thanks so much for a great time :)

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo! We have been to Sanibel many times before over the years, and have stayed mostly at the Sundial. We love the location of the resort, the pools, and most of all the beach, The unit was so well furnished with accessories, the extra touches were well appreciated (beach chairs, hair driers, flat screen TV's, lots of beautiful beach decor).The beds were very comfy, but we suggest ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a DVD player in the master bedroom. Thanks for making our stay special, we hope to be back next year!

  My husband and I traveled with 2 college age girls and our son who is a high school senior. We loved the condo. It was very clean and exactly as described. The folder of menus and things to do was a great resource. We dined at many local restaurants. Our favorites were dining on the patio at Jacaranda and sunset at Mucky Duck. Both had great atmosphere and great food. I think they are a must when visiting Sanibel/Captiva. The only problem we had was the pull out couch must have been stood on/broken by previous renters causing it to sag at the end. It was uncomfortable sleeping on an incline. I would reccommend this condo to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation on Sanibel. We hope to return soon!

  We loved our stay at this condo. We had a nice view of the gulf on the 2nd story. The condo was situated conveniently with just quick walk to the pool, beach or parking area. The closeness of the road (Middle Gulf Rd) was never a bother. It was a great convenience to be able to hop on the the bike trail for a walk or run right outside the condo. The road is very quite and we never heard any road noise while we were there. We made alot of our own meals throughout our stay and the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. We had 2 young kids with us and the condo was a perfect size. The beds were all very comfortable with nice linens especially the King in the master bedroom! Thanks so much and we hope to be back soon!

  We enjoyed our stay in Sanibel! We came here to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday, and it was everything we hoped it would be and more! H-203 was very accommodating with a great view! Looking forward to coming back next year!
