  Villa Del Cabo was great! The price was fantastic. Beautiful views from all angles. It was more than I expected. The only compalint that I would have is the owner of the property is onsite, which is great (you feel secure); however apearing in the living quarters without notice was rather disturbing. I would definitely use ESSV for other travel adventures!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

  This home is very spacious and has some nice features including dual balconies, large pool, jacuzzi, two kitchens and a lot of rooms and sitting areas. The view is incredible - possibly the best in Cabo San Lucas. However, this is not a resort and you will have limited privacy. The owner is in the backyard and house daily and lives in the 3rd level penthouse(?). There's daily maid service which is nice but again she lives on premise so don't run around naked :-) While I think the place was a good deal based on the space and view, NONE of the furniture is comfortable, including the sofa's, chairs and beds (hard as a rock). There's also a lot to be desired in the kitchen and bathroom amenities (my bathroom had broken towel bar, TP holder and hairdryer fixture AND next to zero space for toiletries). We were up and downstairs constantly because neither kitchen is complete (one oven upstairs that doesn't work well, one microwave & freezer downstairs). Overall, my entire family had a good time but I would have been willing to pay slightly more for updated furniture and appliances. The service from ESSV was very, very good. Just the right mixture of help when you need it and leave you alone when you don't. I probably wouldn't rent this particular place again (unless there were upgrades) but I would absolutely use ESSV to plan another vacation.

  We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Villa. Our group was smaller than what had been described to us as typical and we are all in our 60s. The view from both levels was picture perfect, worth a million dollars! The owner was extremely helpful in assisting us with questions, restaurants, public transportation, taxi, internet access, communications, etc. The oversized pool was one of our main activities. The property was clean but could use some TLC with repair/replacement of damaged counter tops and sink in the main level kitchen and a few other areas. Some of the furniture was somewhat outdated and should be replaced but overall we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the property to friends and family with the note on existing conditions. If we were to return to Cabo, we definitely would consider another stay at Villa del Cabo!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers.

  Villa del Cabo was AMAZING! So much room, open air, the pool yard was fabulous. I spent 4 days with 11 of my girlfriends here - it could not have worked out better. We were far away enough from town to have our privacy but close enough to check out the action. We made a huge feast one night at home and the kitchen/dining area was fully equipped for our fiesta. I highly recommend this place for family, friends--any large group gathering.

  Excellent house! Lots of room for both hanging out and sleeping. Beautiful backyard/balcony with full views of the ocean. Well decorated inside. Two kitchens for entertaining. If you stay there, order the Butler. Great service and makes it easy if you're with a bunch of people. I would definitely stay there again.
