Completed in 2004 and now in an established part of popular ORANGE TREE this luxury villa, with four-bedrooms, three-bathrooms an over-size pool and raised spa. In addition it benefits from large plot and offers a peaceful retreat following tiring days in the theme parks or on the golf course. The area has many other attractions with both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts accessible within 90 minutes.
The villa is fully air conditioned with ceramic floor tiles throughout except in the bedrooms which are fitted with luxury carpet. This is a villa we use ourselves and have designed it to give us and our guests a feeling of comfort and relaxation with all the conveniences you would expect.
Family room/Lounge. This room is equiped with a large TV, DVD/video, radio, CD and cassette tape player. There are comfortable sofas occassional and coffee tables.
Dining area. This area has a dining table and 6 chairs whilst a further table and 4 chairs can be found in the nook.
A separate living room is provided with additional sofas and coffee tables and is ideal for larger groups.
Kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an upgraded hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and all the utensils needed. This leads to a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
Master bedroom. This is a large room with king-size bed ample storage including a walk-in closet and TV with DVD. Leading from here is a large, en suite bathroom featuring his-n-her wash basins, large shower, bath, and toilet room.
Second Bedroom. A further double-size bedroom with queen sized bed and adjacent shower room. Again the room has ample storage and a TV and DVD.
Third Bedroom. This room has two twin beds plenty of storage and TV. This room shares the third bathroom with bedroom 4.
Fourth Bedroom. Also has twin beds and is disney themed for younger guests complete with a TV.
Outside is an over-size (30 foot) pool with raised spa surrounded by a large, decked area which has hedging for added privacy. Part of this has a covered porch providing shade from the Floridian sun and summer thunderstorms. Pool-side furniture includes a table 6 chairs 4 loungers and a gas barbecue. The porch means the weather is never a handicap to al fresco dining. |
