Relax with a beautiful, panoramic view of the intracoastal waterway from your 4th floor balcony. You can walk out onto the balcony from the master bedroom or the family room as it runs the width of the unit. Many of our guests prefer the intracoastal view over the beach view because there is so much more to see (boats, birds, fish, dolphins and the occasional manatee).
This property is Directly across the street(Gulf Blvd) from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sandy beaches.
Numerous delicious restaurants are near by. You will be just 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes or less from Tampa International Airport, with Busch Gardens being 45 minutes and Disney World 90 minutes away.
Master Bedroom: one queen-size bed, walk in closet, TV, balcony access. 2nd Bedroom: two twins beds, large closet, desk. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room along with an entertainment center. Two full bathrooms. The dinning table accommodates 6 comfortably. You will want to return year after year.
