We have 3 furnished lofts available in this building for overnight stays. Each loft has a full kitchen, private bath, king size bed, access to the rooftop, free WIFI, and TV.
The rates are final with no additional cleaning or pet fees:
Loft 308 is 600 sq ft with french balcony and a murphy bed for $150/night
Loft 212 is 950 sq ft with full balcony, bar and 1 free valet parking spot for $180/night
Loft 303 is 600 sq ft with french balcony and a tempurpedic queen size mattress for $150/night
We are right off of Hollywood blvd. Cosmo street is a small street in the middle of it all. Concrete polished floors, large windows, gorgeous Japanese inspired rooftop garden with a great view of the Hollywood sign and the city.
The rooftop is open all hours for you to enjoy and our internet reaches! So sit on our patio chairs with your laptop enjoying the city views or bring some wine and music upstairs for a nice dinner.
Every Sunday from 9-1:30pm we have the city's biggest farmers market steps from our door.
We have a front desk/concierge everyday from 930am to midnight. We can recommend the best eats and happy hours in the area. Park your car and walk everywhere for food and entertainment (so not LA).
Trader Joes super market is 2 blocks away and there is a fridge in every loft.

I booked last minute with Elvina who is incredibly easy to arrange things with and quick to respond. Felt really reassured with her and she even helped me carry my luggage out of the taxi. Such a bubbly & cheery host. She also gave good recommendations as to what's around the area and the apartment was true to the pictures, clean and well maintained. There was sufficient toiletries supplies too. Note - it's not a full blown kitchen but good enough for basic pasta meals and there's a Trader Joe store within walking distance to get food supplies We were also not driving in LA so this apartment is an excellent choice since it is within walking distance to places like Amoeba Music, La Brea, Melrose and the super delicious Umami Burger. Had a really good time. Highly recommended to go with Elvina for your accomodation needs!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

definitely a fun and great location. a great place for young people to go clubbing and shopping! picture is as described and the owner was very helpful and patient with our questions. well definitely let friends and family know about this place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Came to visit LA for the weekend and we wanted to be down in the thick of things in Hollywood. This place was perfect! Setting up the reservation online was super easy and convenient since we live out of state. When we got there, no trouble checking in the room and the place was in great shape. The loft itself is within walking distance from Hollywood Blvd and Sunset, and there is a TON of stuff to do. We basically bar hopped all night before walking back to the loft. There is also so many people in the area, we felt very safe making the trek back to our room late night. Inside the loft, there is a sweet murphy bed, wi-fi, a nice little balcony window, and a little kitchen to chill in. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a genuine stay at a tight place in Hollywood. Great for partying or just maybe a weekend getaway.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Elvina was great to work with. I scheduled this stay last minute. She was extremely flexible and helpful. She brought a warmer comforter for a cold night, filled the fridge with drinks, and checked on how I was doing on multiple occasions. She is a wonderful host. The location is right next to Hollywood Boulevard. Walking distance to great comedy clubs, Trader Joe's, and the Chinese Theater. The Loft was clean, simple and comfortable. Wide open space, shower with great pressure (always important!), and a great door that opens for fresh air. I believe there is roof access, but I did not have time to check it out. There was a Murphy Bed, or a bed that can go up against the wall. The plus to that is you can have the entire space beyond just a bedroom. this loft is perfect for my short trips to LA. It has everything I need, kitchen, bar, table that I can work on or entertain AND there is also an amazing roof top deck. Parking was steps away from the building enterance but with this incredible location I hardly need a car. Highly Recomend!Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

I love working out at the 24hr fitness or grabbing sushi at Kabuki and then to Arclight Dome theater for a movie (you can drink inside select theaters).
Everything you could want is within walking distance. LA is very much a driving/high traffic city. My friends all drive over to this area - I have it easy. I live at Hollywood/Vine.
My favorite smoothie place is around the corner and I can walk to the night clubs a few blocks up.
