One of the most desirable rental units on the Island. It rents out fast. Last year, it was rented out practically non-stop from February to November. Reserve your spot now. Enjoy and relax at this luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautifully remodeled villa.
As you can see from the picture, the view of the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking with ample beach for all your beach activities. This spectacular view can be had from the living room, private balcony, or master bedroom.
The complete remodeling of the villa was finished in December, 2003. Nothing was overlooked during the remodeling, which is why it rents so well –- hardwood floors, granite countertops, new Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, ceramic tile, new carpet, new vanities, new washer/dryer, and new furnishings….even a flat-panel TV!
This villa is located within a complex known as Seagrove, which is the jewel of Wild Dunes. Seagrove is a beautifully landscaped complex that sits directly on the beach, and it is in the perfect location, being walking distance to the golf course, tennis courts, bike shop, ice cream store, hotel (Boardwalk Inn), and more. Seagrove also has a lovely private oceanfront pool and you’ll enjoy the benefits of covered parking directly below your villa. Make this your best family vacation; this villa defines “Paradise.”

Great place! Like the saying goes, location location location! This is centrally located within a short walk to the Grand Pavallion and the Village. It is also in a great spot within the complex. Great views but setback with a great view of the pool as well. The condo was well maintained with comfortable beds. Looking forward to next year.

My friends and I just got back from our annual girls' weekend and we had a ball! The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for the perfect weekend get away. We loved it and would definitely go back!

Our family loved this charming place - so tastefully decorated with sophisticated & soothing "ocean" colors. Beautiful view of the ocean - it was too cold for pool when we went but maybe we will get back there in the summer...Would defuinitely rent again. (Perfect if you are a tennis playing family as we are - right across from Wild Dunes Tennis Center!)

we rented 3C Seagrove in November of 2009 and really enjoyed the condo. We came with our 3 kids and we were able to very easily put all of them together in one of the bedrooms while still being close to them while we were in master bedroom. The view was beautiful and we took full advantage of the heated pool which the kids loved! We would definitely rent with them again!

Stayed 9/22 thru 9/26/08. Location was great, close to Charleston Proper. The condo was really nice, comfortable with everything you might need, like home. For those who like to keep busy, or for others who like to just chill out. This place has something for everyone.

We spent a week in October 2008 at 3 Seagrove. The great room/kitchen combination was perfect for our needs -great colors, very cheerful, good kitchen for "cooking in". The view is a treat for beach lovers and the beach access is terrific for sunrise or sunset walks which is a priority for us. The master bedroom is very pleasant. Loved the lamps. Ginger Samuelson, Property Manager, was especially attentive to our needs. She and Dennis stopped on our first day to fix our Internet connection and to make sure everything was okay. They know a lot about property in the area and the many choices for vacation rentals and they aim to please. This property is well located near the Boardwalk Inn, many amenities, and a short drive to Charleston. It's a perfect spot for home base for a week at Wild Dunes.

We were delighted with 3C Seagrove. The ocean view was sensational. The decor was just what we wanted - - fresh, light and uncluttered. The beach and the freshwater pool were just steps away. And Ginger, the rental agent, was very easy to work with. We would rent 3C Seagrove again!

Our first trip to Wild Dunes was 10 years ago and we have been back six times. We absolutely love the area. This was our first time in 3C but it didn't disappoint. It was very clean and updated. Nice to have wood floors in the kitchen/living area! Great location if you play tennis since it is a short walk to the courts. We will definitely book 3C again on our next trip!
