  My daughter and her two friends, and myself stayed 4-18 to 4-21 for a cheer competition at The Wharf. The condo was immaculate and comfortable. The decorating was amazing and all the beds and furnishings were comfortable and very clean and relaxing.

  Brought my daughter and 6 of her friends to your condo for SPring Break. WOnderful experience. Beautiful condo, perfect location, all the amenities you need right at your hand! One of the girls family had stayed her before and had a great experience. THe girls had a great time and are already talking about going back!! Would definitely recommend to any group or family. Very friendly people to work with, very accomadating! Thanks for helping make my daughter's spring break a great trip and memory!!

  My first thought was that the condo was "easy-on-the-eye" The wall colors, pictures. paintings, and art work were well appointed. The kitchen was well eqiipped with quality items. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. Guests also remarked about the spaciousness and excellent decorating of the condo in general. Of course, the view of the sunrise and sunset can't be beat! We enjoyed our visit very much and will return next year.

  My first thought is that the condo is "easy -on-the-eye",,,,beautiful wall colors, very nice wall hangings such as pictures, art work, and mirrors. The kitchen has all the quality utensils and equipment you may need. The beds are very comfortable and a TV in every bedroom. Large TV in living area and great sound system. The condo was very clean when we arrived and all our guests were amazed at the spaciousness and attractiveness of the unit. Of course the view of the sunrise and sunset can't be beat! We will return next year.

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed this very nice condo. Nicely decorated and clean! As everyone else has said, this place was everything it was advertised to be. Our group of five had plenty of room inside and on the balcony to spread out and relax. I would highly recommend staying hear and plan to return for another stay in the near future. Though the Phoenix VI has been around a while, this condo didn't show it. If you are looking for a nice place at a good value, stay here next time. You will not be disappointed. Monica (the owner) is very accessible to answer any questions you may have. Can't wait for the next visit.

  We just returned from our week-long stay and this unit was fantastic. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well-maintained, spacious, and had a well-stocked kitchen - it was also nice to have flat screens in all of the rooms and a very nice washer/dryer. Overall, it was wonderful! Both the owner and the local agent were very friendly, responsive and helpful before and during our stay - the rental and check-in process was very easy and smooth. The beach access was easy and the kids loved all of the pool/hot tub options (the indoor pool was particularly wonderful one rainy afternoon!). The beach itself was gorgeous - lots of dolphin sightings and we came home with a bucket of shells. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us - I highly recommend this unit and would stay here again!

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay in your condo. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for at least ten years and this is the nicest condo we have found. The furnishings and decor made us feel right at home and the covered parking spot was quite a bonus. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain so the covered parking came in handy. After a bad experience last year at a different condo, it was quite a relief to spend the week in comfortable surroundings. Even with one adult and three teenagers, we never felt crowded. The pictures in the listing truly represented the condo and the description was right on the money. I hope the we are able to enjoy a visit next year.

  This is absolutely a premium unit. Having quality beds and high end appliances in this unit is like having your cake and eating it too. The open layout, classy decor, and views from the balcony make this unit one that we will visit again and again. Owner is great to work with and makes your stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

  We were on a much needed family vacation and this place was just perfect. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! There is everything there you need to just move right in and enjoy the white sandy beaches. I cooked most of the time and I felt like I was in my own kitchen. The location was great. Close to everything one could possibly need. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We will be back again!!!

  We frequently visit Orange Beach for both business trips and vacations, and we have made our housing arrangements through VRBO on many occasions. Our most recent stay at this unit has been absolutely the best experience so far. Great unit, great location, and great property owners all made this a get-a-way to remember. This unit has a great gulf front view...dolphins just off the beach every morning. The accommodation and decor is wonderful...makes you feel right at home. Some of the features we liked most: Great relaxing master bedroom, LCD television in every room with Sony Surround Sound in the main living area. For tall people like us the bathrooms feature elevated granite countertop vanities. This unit provided brand new FULL SIZE front load washer & dryer. Multiple elevators with no long waiting. Friendly onsite security and property management personnel to make your stay the best possible. One other feature that must not be overlooked...there is an assigned covered parking space associated with this unit; great for keeping your car cool and to keep you dry from those occasional rain showers. The owners have done a great job in accurately describing their unit. The online pictures are great but you should see it for yourself...wonderful place.
