The Last Resort at Seawinds Beach Resort (Old Wharf Road in Dennisport) is a beautiful, end-unit condominium with breathtaking ocean views and a private beach, decorated with cottage charm, and just completed a full exterior renovation. From the moment you walk in the door you will know special attention has been given to ensure you have a memorable stay. A cozy bedroom with double bed and a pull-out double sleeper sofa will ensure restful sleep. In the morning, enjoy breakfast on our front patio and look out at gleaming Nantucket Sound. The day is yours.
This first-floor end unit condo is close to major roadways and near all attractions. The area's best restaurants (and ice cream parlors!) are nearby, or you can cook your own lobster in our full kitchen. We like to order baked, stuffed lobsters from the local seafood store and just heat them up in our oven! Grilling enthusiasts will love the backyard with multiple grills. Sit outside on our patio at night and watch the moonlight over calm waters. An outdoor shower will wash away the sand from your toes before you retire for the evening listening to the sound of the waves.
This is a wonderful, relaxing getaway in a pristine "home-away-from-home," especially if you like to just walk out the front door and cross the street to your private beach. Public beaches are also right down the road.
For those who want more activity, enjoy fishing, boating, golf, kayaking, bird watching, whale and seal watching, biking, and lots of antiquing and shopping. Take a trip to the tip of the Cape to Provincetown and enjoy all the towns along the way, or meander down Route 6A through Cape Cod's historic districts. Enjoy live theater, music, wine bars, Friday night band concerts in Chatham and the excitement of Hyannis...there is something for everyone!

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2003
Joe and Lisa Franco own two rental properties in Dennisport MA, and currently reside in a 200 year old home in the historic district of Cheshire, CT. Joe is a HR manager at ESPN and Lisa is a communications and marketing specialist. We stay at The Last Resort in the off season and as our second home, want it to be as comfortable for our guests as it is for us!
Why the Owner Chose Dennis Port
Dennisport is in a central location, close to all areas of the Cape and surrounded by great restaurants, beaches and activities. Lisa has been vacationing at the Cape for many years and finally convinced Joe to buy a property here. We made our final decision to buy the Old Wharf location after we went back at night, stood on the deck and listened to the sound of the waves just 25 feet from the door!

Thank you for providing us with such a charming place to stay. From the mouths of my children, "This is the best vacation we've ever had!". The Cape is a wonderfully charming place. My son fished from the beach, my daughter parasailed over the Cape, my husband relaxed and I enjoyed their happiness. I hope to take the view home with us.

Great weather! Great time!! Great location!!! Condo was ideal. Deck and beach fantastic. Harbor tour of Hyannis was great. Don't miss lunch or dinner at Tugboats Restaurant in Hyannis. Treat yourself to a hot dog at the Dog House. See you next year!

On a whim, we searched for a place to stay on Cape Cod, a place we'd never been. We stumbled on to The Last Resort and we're glad we did! We hit Provincetown, the Vineyard, Chatham, Hyannis, Sandwich and Boston. Unfortunately and fortunately, we didn't spend much time enjoying the great condo! Hope to be back someday!
