  We have been going to Hailey for over 30 years and this property was by far our most favorite. Great open floor plan that was both cozy and comfortable. Beautiful grounds in a quiet setting within walking distance of virtually everything we needed. Very clean and easy to clean up. Was even better in person than what we had hoped seeing it online. High, high recommendation......we will be back.

  So wonderful we rarely wanted to leave this home!! Can't say enough..... It was by far the best place we have ever stayed on a vacation. Absolutely beautiful inside and out! :0)

  I should have done this much sooner. We stayed in this lovely home 2 different times in June 2011. Greg is a master at this! We have rented many homes for vacations but nothing has ever been as great as this. This home is clean and beautiful and the gardens are spectacular:) The deck and patio are a lovely place to end your day with a nice glass of wine and some good conversation. Greg you went out of your way to accomodate us and our reluctant pregnant daughter. We are hoping to return this summer:) Thanks again..Rod and Linda Barth

  This house was perfect for us--family of 5 + dog. The yard is large and our dog loved having a place to run. The house is clean, cozy and very well appointed. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood 1/2 a block from a big green field and 1/2 mile from the community pool and local pump track. The beds were all very comfortable and the rooms large. The living area and kitchen are open so it creates this huge space downstairs to gather in. Oh, and I wanted to take the big comfy chair home. We had to fight over it the whole stay. If your looking for a home away from home in Sun Valley, this is it. We will not hesitate to stay upon our next visit.

  This beautiful home was a delight. The owner has great taste and has created an environment that is very appealing, meticulously cared for and well maintained, and welcoming to humans and canines alike. My dogs ran around his gorgeous yard for the first 2 hours after we arrived. The neighboring dogs and their owners stopped by for a visit to see who the new crew was...all in all it was a delightful sojourn. The owner was instantly available on his cell and talked me through the not at all complicated task of turning on the cable TV. The city of Hailey is a very intriguing place; it's perfectly located, with some excellent restaurants, fascinating museum, music fest, craft shows, and nice and low keyed...without some of the traffic mayhem we got into in Ketchum. I knew I'd love this place when, as we pulled into town and drove by the Senior's Center, a man in his ?90's pulled up riding his new Trek bike.

  On paper, many VRBO places look quite nice and in person they are usually average to good. This home, however, was even better in person. The fenced yard was private and beautiful and the patio on the south side offered a gorgeous spot for a dusk conversation. Inside, all was spotless and very well appointed, especially the kitchen. My pet peeve with 10 or so VRBO places we have rented has been the middling quality of cookware and knives but this was the first place where I could really cook with a variety of saute and sauce pans! The location is super because your are less than 200 yds from the Wood River Trail and within walking distance of Atkinsons market. This is a wonderful place, even if you don't have a dog but the best I have encountered for those with dogs. The owner was quick and thorough in responding and had all the how-to's spelled out in a laminated handout inside the house. Super place. Thanks, Greg.

  Hi Greg, Your house in Hailey worked perfectly for our group!. It was spotlessly clean with all the supplies one needs. The kitchen was well equipped. Your information sheets were referred to several times....they were a good addition. You might want to check out your fire alarms: our first night we were awoken by their sounding off at around 2AM. Luckily there were no more incidents. We did open the cover on the one in the double room but couldn't determine what set them off. You have a lovely house and we were all grateful to have the use of it for 4 nights. Thank you. Virginia

  We had such a fabulous winter holiday here, and felt so warm and comfortable in this beautiful spot. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated. I love the open living space downstairs, and especially the kitchen island, which made cooking a pleasure. It all felt very well-kept and clean. Plus, everything was so well stocked, we never ran out of dishes or lacked a utensil. Even extra entertainment was provided... I didn't know Pirate Monopoly was so much fun. It was great to be so close to the bike path, where we took walks and went cross-country skiing, and we took advantage of the ice rink just down the street. This place has it all--comfort, beauty, charm, location and a super homeowner who made the transaction easy. Hope to come back in summer and enjoy the yard!
