  We shared this house with 2 other families with kids ranging from 10 months old to a 4 year old. House had a pack n play. There are stairs so we blocked them to keep the babies safe. Kids liked fenced yard and dead end street. Grocery store walking distance across the street. House has 2 king beds but 1 of the king beds is in the same room as the pool table. We ran out of paper towels and dish washing tablets, I called the owner & he responded & provided more quickly. House also had a wii which our 4 year old loved and a carte of toys which all the kids enjoyed! Family friendly!

  Wow--we will definitely be back! Our family shared this house with another family and it was PERFECT. They had their own level (upper), and we had our own two levels (lower). Kids played on the stairs, in the driveway, backyard, we drank wine, ate good food, rode bikes. We especially appreciated the low-traffic location (cul-de-sac)--didn't need to worry about the kids on their bikes at all. Surrounded by newer homes, but this is the "big poppa" house in the neighborhood (fully remodeled and updated); 70's day ranches don't get enough credit!

  8 of us rented the house for Memorial Day weekend and all enjoyed the property. The house is big with a great layout for a bigger party of people. The house is arranged on 4 levels so it creates multiple private areas. Great master bedroom and bathroom and a really nice downstairs game room. The house is a couple of miles south of Bend on 97 in a quiet neighborhood. Nice fenced yard for a dog with a view of Bachelor and a store across the street. We would definitely rent the property again.

  This was a great location for a vacation rental! We loved being able to walk across the street to the coffee shop and grocery store. The distance to Old Mill and the river was close and the drive up to Mt Bachelor was not far. It was a fun trip and a beautiful area full of nature.

  Our whole family (a 10 yo and two teens) loved this home. Three separate area for hanging out such as the pool table area downstairs. When we slept in the comfy master bed, you were not bothered by Tv noises or the kids down stairs. All beds were comfy and this home would easily accomidate two families with plenty of space. The kitchen was nice and the home was nicely redone. The neighborhood was family friendly, safe and walking distance to a store and coffeshop. Price and good value. We did not want to leave! We will stay here again next year and would highly reccommend this home to anyone. Thank you Tim! The Butlers of Dallas, OR
