This wonderful, popular, romantic cottage is entering its third successful rental season. It is nestled among towering trees and meandering ivy with an absolutely breathtaking view of Lake Lanier all year long. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a deep-water cove.

The lake is a gentle walk on a beautiful, lighted, stone path to the deep-water dock. Private dock with automatic, boat lift. Launching ramp is nearby for your use.

This cottage is perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, or simply a quiet, stress-free, relaxing retreat. The master bedroom has a queen-size, plush, pillow-top mattress with beautiful bedding. Sink into the bed and feel all your cares float away. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated. Towels and linens are provided. All dishes, cookware, glasses, etc. are provided.

Have coffee on the sun porch (which is nestled in the trees) on one of the two window seats adorned with pillows galore! Enjoy your paper on the glider, the outside deck, or down on the dock. A screened porch has been completed on the lower level with gorgeous, relaxing, waterfront views.

This cottage has two levels - both above ground with windows and walkouts. The family room and dining room, kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom, full bath, and sun porch are located on the main level. The lower level has a den with TV/VCR, bath with shower, two bedrooms, and screened porch. There are spacious windows throughout the cottage to enjoy the incredible views of the lake.

The combination family room and dining room have cathedral ceilings and a massive, rock, wall fireplace. Dining table seats six and there are three kitchen barstools nearby, all with great views of the lake. Sit in the new leather recliner and watch TV or movies and still have a wonderful view of the lake.

Enjoy the awesome views and gorgeous sunsets! For a change of pace, visit the nearby historic towns of Helen and Dahlonega, or shop at The North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall (with over 100 stores) just ten minutes away. The Mall of Georgia, with its vast array of high end stores is located 25 minutes away.
