Congratulations on your selection of Frisco, Colorado for your vacation.
With its central Summit County location, it is a first choice for locals
in the know. With a short, 5 to 25 minute drive you can visit seven
world class ski resorts – Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe
Basin, Loveland and Vail and Beaver Creek. If you choose not to drive,
our location gives you access to free shuttles within a few minutes
walk. If you visit in the summer, this beautiful condo is at the hub of
boating and cycling activities.
This is a BRAND NEW condo! We have furnished it with quality
contemporary furniture, while striving to maintain a warm cozy feel
through the extensive use of wood. Of course part of the coziness could
be due to the warmth of the radiant floor heating! For your dining
needs, you will find a completely outfitted gourmet kitchen, with
everything from a coffee bean grinder to an immersion blender for fresh
smoothies. If you prefer, you can step out the front door and with a two
minute walk enjoy hot coffee drinks from Abbey's or a burger at the
Backcountry Brewery on Main Street.
Finally, to ensure a carefree stay, we have enlisted the services of
"Home by Owner". They can provide you with 24/7 assistance. Their Frisco
office is only a few blocks away! They make sure that your condo is
ready for your enjoyment with fresh clean towels, linens and all the
comforts of home. They also provide a complete concierge service with
everything from restaurant recommendations to discount lift tickets.

This beautiful condo was the perfect retreat for my outdoor adventures in Summit County, Colorado. Frisco is near all of the best skiing, snowmobile tours, hiking trails and even a giant tubing hill for my young friends!
Right when you enter this mountain getaway you know you’re going to have a 5-star experience. From the welcome basket and bottle of wine, to all of the toiletry items you’re able to settle right in to your vacation. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a private hot tub with snow-capped mountain views, two master suites with private bathrooms, a loft area with Xbox and DVDs, and a completely stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook dinner while enjoying the toasty fireplace and beautiful scenery.
Anyone from a large family to a group of friends would enjoy this condo since there are plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out and relax after a long day outdoors! The best part is that even when you’re indoors there are amazing mountain views everywhere you look!
If you want to wander around Frisco, you’re only one block away from Main Street and all of the charming boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. You’re also next to the shuttle stop that takes you all around Summit County.
Don’t be surprised if at the end of your vacation you don’t want to leave this amazing home away from home. I know I can’t wait to return!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving here with our adult children. There were five of us total. This property is exceptional! When we opened the door we were wowed by the quality of the amenities and the views from the many windows. It is conveniently located to everything. We used the Summit Stage shuttle that stops practically at the back door. We walked to downtown Frisco to dinner. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances. We had everything needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. We have never stayed in a property that was so well stocked with necessities such as laundry detergent, liquid hand soap, paper towels, etc. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Our family typically spends several weeks in Summit County in the summer to escape the heat in Boulder. This was a new property for us and we loved it. We had tons of space, 2 master suites, excellent location to walk to downtown Frisco as well as playgrounds, Lake Dillon, and the Marina. The kids loved the XBox, we loved the spacious kitchen and the hot tub. Many activities (parade, concerts, etc) and restaurants within walking distance. A little road noise from Hwy 9 but you get used to it as we had the windows open all day and night. We would definitely recommend this unit as well as we would stay in the future.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My family and I stayed here for a couple nights during December 2011. The condo is very clean and well kept. The bathrooms, kitchen, and furnishings are top quality and stocked with everything we needed for our stay (towels, shampoo, cofee maker, etc.) Our group was 6 adults and 2 children under 7. We had plenty of space for eating, sleeping, and relaxing. The condo had exceeded my expectations and I do plan to stay there again !!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Just returned home from a 5 day trip. The condo was awesome! Very comfortable. Nicely decorated and very centrally located to quite a few ski areas. We had a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 teenagers) the condo accommodated all of us. Everyone had a bed and the condo had everything we needed. We even received road closure and bad weather delays by email when we were there. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

The condo was just as great as I had hoped it to be. Parking situation was fantastic, the place had a dedicated heated garage and plenty of room in case other people wanted to come visit. The entrance is on the 2nd story with a living room, dining room, and kitchen in one large room downstairs. One of our guests slept on the couch and reported that it was a fantastic sleep all 3 nights. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of blankets and towels to go around, and the jacuzzi was absolutely perfect. The heated tile floors in the master bathroom were mighty nice in the mornings. The owners were great with answering questions before I went. It is a brand new cozy complex of condos so I couldn't find it initially on the map, but don't worry - it's there at 7th and Granite. The owners will even stock it full of groceries for a small fee. I thought it was absolutely worth the price and I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family planning on staying in the area. Certainly hope to be back next year, and I only hope we can stay longer this time.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

5 of us stayed here last week and were all impressed by this condo. Beautiful decor, modern, comfortable, gorgeous bathrooms (lower level w heated flooring), and hottub heated and ready for use. Perfect size for 3 couples. Two pull out beds (futon n couch) available. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and cook ware-even blenders, mixers. Owners made the place very welcoming. We skiied copper, vail, n breckinridge and looked fwd to coming back to the condo each night. Will definitely think of staying here again our next trip up! Thanks!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We live and work in St. Louis, Missouri and we love to spend time in Colorado. We started visiting for the skiing, which we love, but the cycling and hiking in the summer is every bit as good. We picked Frisco because it is in the center of it all, but still has that small town feel.
Why the Owner Chose WaterTower Place:
We love Frisco's easy access, close enough to Highway 70 that you can get places quickly. We have any easy drive to six great ski locations. Fun shops and great places to eat are one block away on Main. We have a beautiful lake and mountains all around, to enjoy wether you admire their beauty or actively sail, hike, bike and ski.
