Building 3 - 7320 TWO BEDROOM UNIT: The Residencias Reef Condominiums in Cozumel are located right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel.
Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs, it's perfect for beachcombers.
There's also good snorkeling just off the beach. And that beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.
All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to 2 swimming pools one of which is a large freshwater infinity edge pool right on the beach.

Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Totally disappointed with this condo. Starting with cleanliness moving onto Mold on the walls. Towels and linens below the standards of most inexpensive motels. When you put a small tiny motel bar of soap in the bathrooms you should be ashamed. I could go on and on but it is a waste of my time. Take a look at some of the other properties that are offered at residential reef and you'll see why your property is not up to anyone's standards.Did you find this review helpful? The whole staff from rental managers, housekeepers,gate attendants,gardeners etc., were so wonderful. We would stay again in a heart beat, actually all the friends we met on the beach also were so happy ,they are going back next year. We liked the fact that it was so quiet,yet just a short walk away you where in a hub of fun, with the beach clubs to eat and drink if we didn't want to cook . We didn't even need a car , because the taxis were so cheap and reliable .Amazing stay . It was wonderful. Our condo #7320 was great , clean, and very roomy. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking to loose the cruise boat crowd on Cozumel, and are more interested in enjoying the water and the weather then this is the place. The dock is in great shape and your dive outfit can pick you up there. The facility is clean, comfortable, and the finishes are what you'd find in a 3-4 star hotel. Reviewer Comments: amenities needed: hair dryer, cooler for beach/pool (as advertised)-- extra blanket/bedding: would be nice to have pair of scissors; TV had little for choices: towels were not available: found in dryer the 2nd day: as was 2nd key;I think the housekeeper brought it back so we ended up with 3 keys: We loved the book of information: well done: condo was sooooo clean Wish there were options for cooking, on a meal to meal basis: we enjoy going out some, but would liked to have picked certain meals to enjoy at condo. Living Room and Kitchen - In the living room you will enjoy more of those stunning sea views and Satellite TV as well. There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. You will enjoy the use of the fully functional kitchen with granite countertops. You can prepare anything here from a piece of toast to a 6 course dinner. Or pamper yourself and let us arrange a cook to prepare home-style Mexican meals. They do the entire cleanup and the dishes too.

Snorkel Dive Boat Pickup - • DIVE BOAT PICKUP AT RESIDENCIAS REEF • There are 4 places dive boats can pick you up right on San Francisco Beach. • The first and nearest location on San Francisco beach is located at the Aura Hotel's pier which is marked as building #5 in the map of the Residencias Reef. So it's virtually at your doorstep. This pier is operated by the Hotels’ Dive shop, but other dive boats may be allowed to pick up there as well. • Just 300 yards south is the San Francisco Beach Club where dive operators also make pickups (no pier, pick-ups right off the beach). • Still a little further south there is another pier… Paradise Pier, sometimes they allow pick-ups too. • A fourth pickup site is about 300 yards to the north of the condos, just past the northern border of the Wyndham Hotel. This is the Sand Dollar, or San Clemente Pier. • Before you book your dives, be sure to ask your dive operator which sites it makes pickups at.
