Gorgeous vacation condo in the best desert location. Fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. New big-screen TV. Golf cart and 3 mountain bicycles included. Master bedroom has king bed, TV and DVD. Second bedroom has double bed and TV. Third bedroom, adjoining atrium, is the room I use for an office, and has a convertible sofa (double) and a desk. Gas fireplace. Comfortable furniture, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
Montery Country Club has a beautiful clubhouse, with regular dining available, a separate bar and patio area, and a patio restaurant next to the main pool and putting green for golfers and swimmers. The Club has twenty seven holes of golf, 19 tennis courts (including a number of lighted courts), a health club with workout equipment, and 36 pools and spas (two of which are at either end of our short block). Monterey is CLOSE to all of the desert activities, situated midway between Palm Springs and La Quinta.
THIS UNIT IS AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF ONE WEEK; SORRY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE WEEKEND/SHORT TERM REQUESTS!!!!.

Year Purchased: 1997
About the owner: This home is owned by my wife and I, and our 10 year old twins. We use it for our family vacations when possible. We like to ski, making it ideal to rent during the winter months.
