  Our family of six stayed at this location for a week in August of 2012 and we would do it again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect--close to Mount Washington, stores and outlets in North Conway, and also the town of Jackson, which has some nice places to browse around. Our kids loved Cranmore Mountain, Storyland, the North Conway Railroad ride, and the drive up to Mount Washington and the location makes it easy to do all of these things and still have time to go back and just relax and wind down. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets, etc. The kitchen has everything possible to make a meal. Anything you could think of needing is there. My 2 year old loved playing with the monkeys on the bed game that was also there and my teenagers were constantly hoping to spot a bear in the woods nearby (and according to our neighbor, seemed to come close once)! :-) Kerri was extremely helpful with answering any and all questions I had and very prompt about getting back to me quickly and always friendly. She even gave us a call on our first day there to make sure we had found everything okay and to tell us to let her know if there were any problems or things we needed. This property is perfect for any age group--couples, families, etc and I would recommend it to anyone looking to vacation in New Hampshire.

  We rented this condo for the 2012 winter season. It was furnished, clean, and had comfortable beds. The owner was prompt in returning emails, helpful with questions we had, and we felt we could contact her any time. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. Ski mountains, shopping, and attractions are nearby. Would recommend this condo for its location and the ease of working with the owner. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family!

  We found this condo at the last minute, and arranged a two-night stay so we could take our kids (ages 5 & 6) skiing for their first time. The condo was clean, cozy, warm (temps outside were below zero our second night) and furnished with everything we needed. It's only ten minutes from Black Mountain, where we went skiing, and Attitash, Cranmore and Wildcat are all around the same distance, so there are plenty of ski choices. The kids were totally psyched to see Story Land practically next door as well (we took them there for their first time last summer). Kerri was a pleasure to deal with, and we'd happily rent this property again -- maybe this summer when I suspect we'll be making another trek to Story Land.

  My husband and I were looking for pet friendly place to call "base" for a weekend of hiking and know that our 13 year old canine was comfortable back at base as his age prevents him from coming with us. This rental was the smoothest and easiest transaction! The condo was close to everything and nicely presented inside and out. The owners were down to earth and easy to deal with...so much so that we are renting again next month at another one of their locations. Thank you again Kerri for a wonderful, easy weekend!

  My brother's family and I stayed at this condo so we could visit Storyland. It was soooo convenient!!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, which was great. We didn't have to worry about bringing linens and towels. It was walking distance to a store that had any necessities we forgot and also rented movies, served breakfast, and had a full take-out menu so we could order in pizza, sandwiches, etc. My only negative was that the pool was drained. We were looking forward to taking a dip with the kids after a long hot day at Storyland.

  Owner response: Hey Kelley thank you so so much for your great review..You know I was totally unaware of the pool until i just got a call telling me that someone decided to drink by the pool with a glass instead of plastic which is the rule. The person drinking broke it in the pool....Had to drain the whole pool because of this....I am glad you like the condo and you are right it does have everything you could possibly need and then some..I look forward to your return..

  I can't stop talking to my friends and co-workers about our week long vacation... It was just great! We came to take my 3.5 year old son to Storyland for the first time, so I didn't know what to expect. The condo exceeded our expectations - it is very large with a great layout, it has washer & dryer (which is very important when you have kids), and a dishwasher, which is always helpful. Also, it is an end unit and thus has a nice little porch. Kerri was so nice and brought us a brand new grill that we used at the end of our stay to celebrate the end of our vacation. I also had an emergency there where I had to receive an urgent overnight package (actually, 2 packages!) and Kerri was very kind to offer her help, so that both packages arrived to her house, which we later picked up. Kerri lives very close by and is always available via phone, you can ask her anything about the area or anything that you might need. We will definitely recommend this property to friends & family! Thank you Kerri!

  We came up to this area primarily for Storyland for my 3 year old. She loved the condo so much she chose staying "at her new home" over Storyland! The layout is awesome; I wish my home had a layout as nice! The photos on the site listing do not do the place justice! It is much bigger than you would think from the photos... Everything was really clean, and there was EVERYTHING you might need there; I could not find one thing lacking.... Kerri (and Bob) were super helpful and nice; you can ask kerri about anything, she knows it all!! I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family and I hope to be back soon!!!! (And my little one still tells everyone about "her new home in the mountains"!!!)

  We absolutely loved our stay. We had plenty of room for four adults, one preschooler, and two babies in pack and plays. It was clean and well-supplied. We liked it even better than the pictures. I would recommend this property and maybe we'll stay in it again ourselves some day! My son keeps asking to go back and sleep in "the big bed." The kids enjoyed baths in the nice, deep tub. Our family/friends were staying at nearby Glen Ellis Campground, so it was handy to them, and they enjoyed visiting with us at night. There is a nice little grocery store just down the road.

  Booked this get away weekend and had a great time. Owner left welcome note and sweet treats. She also suggested a place the kids would enjoy (ages 6 & 12) since it wasn't warm enough to swim. Condo was comfy and clean. Looking forward to our next stay!

  We have rented through the owner, Kerri, several times and this was another great experience. The condo is immaculate. We are always cautious of renting places that allow dogs but the condo is so clean that you would never know that animals are allowed. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils and towels for the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable (we liked the warm fleece sheets!), couches were really comfortable too. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a ski locker outside on the deck, which makes for easy ski storage. Kerri does a fabulous job of lending the extra special touch to a place - from the way the towels are folded to napkins and flowers on the table. Location is excellent. Just a short distance to Wildcat, Attitash and Cranmore. Excellent location for Storyland. I would recommend this property and would highly recommend working with Kerri.
