  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend! Place was clean and beds were comfy. Even the shower had nice pressure (seems rare in Florida)! Enjoyed the crows nest up top(and the view), swinging bench off the kitchen, and the short walk over to action in Seaside. If you don't mind spiral staircases (which we didn't) then you will have a great time here! We are definitely going to return soon! Cheers!

  The property is really close the beach which was the best aspect of the house. The surrounding was very nice and quiet. The roof terrace area was a great place to watch sunset. On the other hand, the property could do with some updating - some of the furniture and fittings were a little old and worn. Also, we would have liked to have been given better information regarding the local area including where to eat/drink etc... On the whole a really nice place that I would consider visiting again. Thank you.

  The property is well located which was the only item that we liked about it. It is a very vertical unit that is only connected with a spiral staircase making it difficult to circulate thru the cottage. The great balcony view is on the fourth floor (where the spiral stairs get very narrow) which we used once - it does not really relate to the rest of the unit. Most importantly the unit was not clean - the master shower curtain was covered with mold, there was hair/dust on every ledge, the slip covers on the chairs/couch had brown dirt on them, the sheets were old and the bathroom tile was not properly cleaned/sanitized (my wife refused to walk around barefoot). The matress was so worn down that my wife and I ended up sinking together in the middle of the bed each night. The physical layout is probably comparable to most of the units in Seaside, but the un-cleaniness and outdated furnishings were completely un-acceptable at these prices. It reminded me of being back in College - not what I was expecting.

While we wish your experience had been more positive - we take our guest reviews very seriously and took immediate measures to rectify several of your concerns. First and foremost - we reviewed the cleaning concerns and have taken measures to hire new housekeepers. We inspected the cottage upon your departure and did not see the mold you speak of, but replaced all the shower curtains none the less. The slip covers have since been professionally cleaned and the new mattresses are being purchased as well. As for the layout - while it's eclectic, it's also fun and different which is something that Seaside prides itself on. We're sorry you didn't enjoy it as much as we do.

  Close to beach on West Ruskin. Immaculate, big kitchen. We took the downstairs room as the master bedroom instead of taking the room upstairs. this worked out great since the kids could all be way upstairs and we could be down. There is a jacuzzi hot tub in a covered room on the back of he laundry room but it was not functional (and was not presented as such so we didn't even know it was there until day 3). Only caution I would have is that if you have small children or elderly, the spiral stair case (the only stairs), could pose a problem.

• A Dream to say the least...

  Another Dream was was pleasant surprise...the pictures do not do the place Justice! Close to the beach, and the house was TOO CUTE. WE loved not having to "check-in", just had our code e-mailed to us and walked in when we go there. We would loved come back and visit again and have "Another Dream."

  We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Everything was super clean and nicely decorated. LOVED the porches!!! My only complaint was I didn't realize it had a spiral staircase, not really toddler friendly and I had 2!!!
