Just renovated from top to bottom and completely refurnished, this 11 year-old, 1300 sq. ft. condo is on the third (top) floor overlooking the pool. It is spacious with 9ft ceilings, faces North, has an excellent view of the McDowell mountains to the West, is completely private on all sides, was just completely remodeled with new lights, fixtures, paint, rugs, and as well it was just refurnished with a new king-sized bedroom set in the master, 2 new queen sets in the other 2 bedrooms, a new solid-wood dining room table (that expands) and a new leather sectional couch. It has a new 50 inch plasma T.V. with enough cable channels in the living room and a DVD player, a 32 inch flat screen T.V. in the master with the same cable channels, a den with a desk, laptop, colour printer, and Wi-Fi for your computer devices. It has 2-hands-free phones that allows free calls in the U.S. and to Canada. Our in-unit laundry has a new over-sized front-load washer and dryer. It has new carpets, all new stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, stove and side-by-side fridge with ice and water, pantry, large walk-in closet, oversize soaking tub, a Keurig coffee machine, central air/heat, 2 patios (the North side patio is completely private w 2 rocker chairs and a table), and covered parking. Owners provided excellent communication throughout the process, to include a complete & easy to understand "HOW TO" package prior to rental period. Staff & neighbors were friendly and provided great restaurant and entertainment suggestions.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Sounded amazing on this site but was even better... prompt service - everything is brand new. The extras offered are like a 5 star resort. We are coming back next year and will come here every year from now on. It is like a home away from home. Peaceful, quiet, yet there is everything to do. The pools are great. The only issue - one of the pools was out of commission for repairs but since there were 3 others... no worries.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
