We spent 6 weeks in winter time in this wonderful home. It is outfitted with everything we needed to stay as long as we did. It truly became our HOME! And if there was something we needed, the landlady was all over it .The neighborhood is very pet friendly and the house has super easy access to The Bay, if you like boating. Bay Saint Louis is a way cool small town. There is so much to do. And the locals are so friendly!. Above all....BSL (and MS!) is a GREAT place to vacation. Come and STAY HERE!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here. This unit has the most comfortable and spacious living area of any place we have stayed in on the gulf coast. The unit is well equipped and well stocked. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel more like friends that customers. The location is convenient to all the attractions in Bay Saint Louis. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone planning a trip to this area.

Excellent property contributed to an excellent vacation. Very quiet neighborhood, house was exactly as described and well stocked for our stay! Plenty of room outdoors for the kids to play in the yard and no problems accomodating the RV.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers

Comfortable home with a great view

This waterfront home has a wonderful view. It was very clean and comfortable. I liked how bright all the rooms were. The dining area was especially nice with all the windows looking outside. The living room was very spacious, which was nice for the little ones to run around. The living room furniture was super comfortable. The house was also well stocked. Sessie, the owner, met us at the house and showed us where everthing was. She was very kind and offered to help us in any way. She even waived the pet fee. We did have a few issues however. The bedroom doors and one bathroom door could not be closed or locked. The upstairs loft was very warm. We actually went off and bought a fan for the area. There were 21/2 bathrooms but only one had a shower and you had to go through a bedroom to get to it. Also the toilet seat in the hall bathroom was old and cracked. Instead of a doorbell there were 2 wires sticking out of the wall. All of these things were minor and didn't really keep us from having a good time. I just wanted to mention them so that the owners could make the improvements. I also would still recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Bay St. Louis area.

Rest assured these items along with getting another shower in the hall bath are going to happen. This house was terrific, I was very impressed by owners hospitaliy and willingness to ensure you will have such a pleasant stay. We were here till 6/22. Wish I could have stayed longer. This is one to tell ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY about.

Wow Sessie, What a great place ya'll have. We so enjoyed our stay and so hated to leave. Dillon is already asking when are we going back to see aunt Sessie. All parts of our stay was great. The place looks wonderful. Till we see you again Dillon,Lori and Kegg Almost forgot Harley

We all agree, a great weekend but not long enough to enjoy the beautiful home. The owners were very helpful in making our plans. They have everything we needed and more!! In town we enjoyed the beach, fishing and crabbing on Beach road and the Chinese buffet. But most of all we loved fishing on the deck. We will treasure the star gazing from the large sun deck.

Stayed at this beautiful house last weekend in January, the weather was great and the house was way beyond what the pictures show..The open floor plan is great and the owners were there to greet us and tell us everything about the house and the area. This was my first time on this end of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and i must say it is great. I am looking forward to comming back in the warmer months to bring my boat and enjoy some great times on the river and in the bay..Thanks again for a great weekend..

We were looking for a place to get together with family the week before Christmas, 2011. The location is great and the owners are wonderful to deal with, we had a fantastic time. The other reviews are accurate, the pictures do not do the place justice. The open floorplan was terrific for family fun and fellowship and the house is very well furnished. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and heartily recommend renting from these owners.

Wonderful place to get away from it all. Very clean with lovely furnishings. The pictures don't do it justice, it's better. Comfortable and easy for meal preparation. On the water, but close to stores and restaurants in town. Very responsive owner/management to any needs we had. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice get away at a reasonable price.

Our stay was perfect. The owners were very helpful and offered suggestions on where to go for fishing and swimming. The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing right in the back yard. The sunsets were AMAZING from the back deck and from the community fishing spot at the end of the road at the river. I would and will recommend this house to any family looking for a place to do some fishing, spend some quality time together in a wonderful outdoor living space and fabulous outdoor cooking. This area is also convenient to sightseeing attractions but there is so much to do just in this little town that there really is no need to venture out. The downtown area of Bay St. Louis has fantastic shops and eateries. The beaches are so clean and the water was great. Thank you so much! We will be back. :-)

Excellent Experience/Very quite and clean

My wife and I, along with our two Carin Terriers, stayed here 13 Feb - 18 Feb 2011 and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The entire experience from dealing with Sessie, getting the keys, being shown around by Joey, and having everything (plus) that we needed was outstanding. The house is very nice, alot of work has been put into it, and plenty of room. It is located on a very quite street, we didn't hear one car at night the entire time we were there. Lots of streets to walk on and not far, 5 min, to the beach. It is close to the Hollywood Casino, 2 or 3 minutes drive but far enough away that you never see any of the traffic. I would definitly recommend this property to my friends and family.
