  What a wonderful home. The description of this large house/duplex does not do it justice. The bedrooms were very comfortable with updated bathrooms and large bedrooms with plenty of closet and drawer space. We were traveling with 4 families and each adult had their own "Master" Suite and the other bedrooms on each side of the duplex were perfect for our children to match up and stay together. If you needed to have an area for the kids and an area for the adults, you could close off the door between the duplex sides and have a "Kids" area and an "Adult" area. The pool was great and large enough for the 16 kids that were in attendance. We loved the beach. This particular area of Seagrove beach is NOT crowded and we even signed on for beach chairs and umbrella's that were waiting for us daily. I cannot say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay and we are already booked for NEXT year. Thanks.

  Very nice house with a nice pool and pool area. Great for large groups with kids. Apartment- sized washer and dryers for a house this size were inadequate.They need to be larger. The beach access was not what I had anticipated. It was too far to carry all of our things and just a hassle to get there and back.

I strive to make my guests' vacations nothing less than a 5 Star experience, so it's helpful to hear your comments, so I can try my best to improve. You're right - the pool is great with lots of dining and lounging space and the new renovation with a 6' sundeck, large attached spa and spillover waterfall is top notch. There are TWO sets of washers and dryers in the house. One set is a smaller stackable set, but the other set that was installed in Feb. 2013 is a full size washer and dryer. These really should be adequate for washing guests' clothing, bathing suits and beach towels. There are plenty of bath towels and sheets provided for the guests upon arrival, and hopefully no one feels like they need to wash those during their vacation, as that is a job for the housekeeper upon departure. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach from our house, and we try to make that easier by providing a large wagon and rolling cooler for our guests to use. I also provide my guests with the names of a few local companies that can rent golf carts for your use. We have installed an electrical outlet on one of the driveways so that the golf carts can be charged at night. Again, thank you for your comments, and after speaking with another member of your party, I was so glad to hear that your group had such an enjoyable vacation at "Seaside Reunion!"

  This rental property was perfect for our vacation needs! We were vacationing with 3 other families who wanted to stay in one house together so we hit the jackpot with this house. It is a very comfortable and well appointed house, especially for a rental property. It is a unique set-up because a door connects the two sides of the house so you can close off a side if you want more privacy. It has two full kitchens and two family rooms. The connecting door is between the family rooms so you can have it open and spread out between the two or close it for two different environments. We loved this because the adults could have one family room and the kids the other. The kids could watch Disney, play games, etc while we watched a ballgame, the news or had cocktail hour. Another advantage was the two kitchens because we had two work spaces when preparing big meals plus we could feed 2 families in each kitchen for smaller meals. It made it so much easier with such a large group of people. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with individual bathrooms. The pool is nice and big. It is not a small pool like you usually get with rental houses. Now for the best part - the beach is absolutely beautiful! If you have never been to this part of Florida then you are in for a treat. Although the house is not directly on the beach, it is a very easy, short walk to the beach. I was worried about going on a trip with so many people staying in one house but this property changed my mind!

  This house is awesome! It is great as one large house for several families or still really big for one side of the house for several families. The pool is a large and the walk to the beach is short and private! We found the owners very responsive. The AC was not cooling as well as the owners liked and before we arrived, they had it fixed and cool! Kitchen is amply stocked and all the decks/balconies are great. Would definitely go again and it is VERY kid friendly.

  I stayed at this house recently with over spring break with 5 families and we never felt crowded! We had 10 adults and 20 kids and everyone had a bed! The two kitchens made it easy to cook large meals and the separate sides of the house was nice to divide older kids from younger ones or kids from adults. The pool was also great after coming in off the beach! The kids loved riding their bikes into seaside and the house was conveniently located near a lake where they could fish or kayak. The week flew by, and we were surprised at how well all the kids got along. I think the flow of the house helped a great deal in that respect!

  We stayed at Seaside Reunion for our spring break this year with 3 other couples and their children. We did have a lot of kids but each child had their own bed and loved sleeping with their "group" in the bunk beds. We even had an empty room because they all liked staying together. The house is huge and we loved having the 2 kitchens. They had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. We loved hanging out at the pool with our music playing on the awesome speakers! The kids would all ride their bikes to the lake and down to seaside. The bike riding was awesome and seaside was so close. Why would you want to drive to seaside and fight to find a parking space when you could just ride your bike up there. We were a short walk from the beach and it was so peaceful lying in the sand. No crowds!! It is a wonderful house (very clean and fresh) and a great location! I would highly recommend it to any of my friends!!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  With 5 families you could only imagine but...we had a wonderful time!!! Having two kitchens was a saving grace and being able to spread out was a plus as well. In the evenings the kids had one side of the house for movies and games and the adults had the other for chilling out! The pool was a hit with all and the beaches could not have been prettier. The king suites were spacious and the bunk rooms were perfect for the kids! The owner was quick to respond to questions and was very accomadating. Getting to the beach took a little time and effort but was well worth it upon arriving, given that once you reached the beaches you did not want to leave!!! The location was perfect for bike riding into Seaside and jogging up 30A and just a short drive to the grocery store. We all had a terrific time!!!

  We had a fantastic time at Seaside Reunion with 3 of my favorite friends and their families. (20 total: 8 adults and 12 kids!) There are 4 King master suites with beautifully finished baths, so we all were very happy with our arrangements! All the kids had their own bed, and were able to divvy everyone up in the bunkrooms with their friends. There was still a bedroom or 2 unused! The house is very close to the beach and the owner provides a wagon and cooler to use which makes it really easy to get down to the beach access. When you aren't at the beach, the pool is huge and makes for a really relaxing way to relax and wind down. The kids will enjoy eastern lake, which is right down the street, where they can catch little fish and make sand castles in the shallow waters carved out by the ocean leading into the lake. It's a nice break from the ocean and good for the little adventurers! The house has everything you need for comfort and fun at the beach. We look forward to our next trip here!!

  We recently stayed at Seaside Reunion on Moon side. We had 3 adults and 8 children. The home was perfect for our needs. The adults all had their own bedrooms with private bathrooms and the two bunkrooms were perfect for our group of kids. The home is very spacious. The kitchen and living room area is great for a large group to enjoy eating together and enjoying each others company. The pool was perfect. We spent a lot of time at the beach but it was great for the kids to have the pool in the afternoons and at night. I love the privacy the pool has and the stereo system is great. This home is perfect for a large group of people. The kitchen was well stocked and all of the bathrooms had more than enough towels. We had 2-3 showers going at once and never ran out of hot water. Also a great plus was the convenience to everything. The grocery is within 5 minutes and there are restaurants in walking distance. We drove over to Destin and also went to Panama City Beach which were very short drive. We could not have asked for a more perfect location and house. We cannot wait to go back!

  Seaside Reunion definitely exceeded our expectations. It is in a terrific location very near the beach with a nice-sized pool. The 'lake' is just a short walk or bike ride down the street and provided hours of entertainment for our kids each day. We had 8 adults and 12 kids staying and even had empty bedrooms! The home boasts 4 TRUE lovely master suites that offer privacy and lots of space. The two kitchens made it fun for our families to host dinners, lunches and breakfasts for each other and also made the home feel so spacious. Additionally, it was fun to be able to take our families on bike rides to Seaside each day...a perfect distance. I would highly recommend Seaside Reunion for a wonderful beach get-away!
