We stated over MLK weekend and had a wonderful time with all of the amenities. The kids loved the Wii System, the adults loved the flat screen TVs and sly therooms were very accommodating. We initially reserved the house in hopes that there would be some snow but no snow and the cold kept us indoors which we didn't mind since we had such a nice place. Would highly reccomend for families with or without children. We will definitely be returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This place is exceptionally clean and cozy. The fireplace is a great feature and the showers are useful with larger groups. Its location is also just a short drive to Heavenly Village, casinos or the lake. The parking spaces are convenient as well - two in the front and one sedan can fit in the garage. The entry way is great for those who ski or snowboard and can easily store their equipment in this area of the home. The dishes, pots and pans are useful for those who want to enjoy a warm meal in the home! There are two TV's, one that can be used to play the Wii and the other is a nice, flat screen TV where friends and family can gather around on a cozy sofa and watch a movie or two! I will request this home whenever traveling to South Lake Tahoe...I have already been to this property four times in less than one year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The house is newly remodeled, clean-lined and conveniently-equipped. It gives you a strong feeling of a home-away. It is close to everything, food, restaurant, park, beach, biking trails, ski resort, etc. It’s a very nice place to crash after a day of full activities with skiing, sledding or snowmobiling. Kids love this place. Big enough for them play and it has Wii and Internet to keep them occupied. A ranch style home keeps all activities spread out and saves us a lot of climbing up-and-down too! In short, this is the perfect vacation house for a family/multi-family get away!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
