This condo was great because of its location. We were catching the Victoria Clipper in the morning and this was a short walk down to Pier 69 in the early am and a $5 cab ride back uphill in the evening. It is not too far from Pike's Place Market either but you will need to wear your sneakers. An underground parking spot comes with it which is nice. It is a very narrow spot and will not accommodate large SUVs but our minivan fit fine. The washer and dryer are stacked and make a lot of noise which can be heard throughout so best to do laundry when you are not trying to sleep! We ran out of hot water both nights before 3 of us had showered. The agent said that was unusual and called maintenance but it happened again the next night. The kitchen is small but efficient and there is a Wii with games which made one of our grow very happy! The beds were comfy and we would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. This property is clean, comfortable and looks identical to the photo's on line. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The condo was very well maintained and the neighbours friendly. The owner and staff are extremely accomodating and when we return to Seattle we will stay here again! Thanks for eveything, you and your team are the best.

Perfect place to stay when in Seattle. The condo was lovely. Our location was great. Very comfortable beds and bedding. We had a family wedding to attend in Seattle and our 3 adult daughters joined us. Just a nice little walk to Pikes Market, shopping and restaurants. We rented a car and the free parking was nice. (We became better at parking by the end of our trip.... Tight but free and convient!) In the connecting building there was this great little bakery, Macrina, perfect for coffee and breakfast or a bite through out the day. There also was a little market in the building for anything you forget. So convenient. Lori was so pleasant meeting us at the condo even though our flight was late in the evening. A nice bottle of Washington wine awaited us.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The condo is perfectly located for sightseeing and exploring the city. We did not rent a car and walked everywhere - everything was so close - the Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, the Market, Pioneer Square. We even walked to and from SafeCo field! Catching a bus was easy as was finding new and interesting places to eat. We made use of all the condo had to offer. The kids swam in the pool, explored the views from the rooftop deck, enjoyed breakfast and snacks from the fridge. The condo has everything you need - I can't think of anything it didn't have that we needed (although, it did take us some time to find the pool towels). And it's beautifully decorated and updated. Feels like a 4-5 star hotel. The condo is quiet, but not too quiet that you worry about bothering neighbors. It overlooks a lovely courtyard that is also quiet so you can open up the doors to the deck and enjoy the views and the breeze. The drawer filled with brochures and guides is a plus as is the WiFi. Overall, we had nothing but a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful condo, wonderful service! The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the courtyard echoes and we had the unfortunate experience of having some drunk people out there keeping everyone up one night. Without those people, I'd give this spot 5 stars for sure. Thank you Lori for the exceptional service during our stay. If we ever return, I'll check this unit out first. Thanks!!

High class, all the way! Wonderful condo. Only a few blocks from the free Bus 99 on 1st street. View of Space needle out front. We truly enjoyed our 2 nights here. Just wished there was a spot to drop bags earlier than 3pm.

We loved the local area and restaurants, local transport, the gym/pool area and feeling warm, safe and comfortable in a pretty special holiday apartment. The personal welcome was terrific too. Noise from the lift and a blocked toilet provided a bit of a downer but overall we were more than happy and would love to return for a longer stay!

My family spent a long weekend at the apartment in December. It was just as advertised, great location, great apartment. There are so many places to eat within walking distance. Even the marketplace is just a short walk away. In the other direction, the statue park was very close and we walked to the Space Needle too (it was a perfect day for our ride to the top - sunny in December!). Thanks for providing a great apartment and we'll definitely stay there again when we come back to Seattle.

The apartment was great! We had 4 adults and 2 children and found it perfect. Yvonne was over the top helpful dealing with the parking of our minivan, neighborhood tips, etc... which was so much appreciated!! I am sad our travel plans only allowed 2 nights and one full day before flying home. We're hoping to return to Seattle and the apartment.

Awesome location. Close to everything downtown. Condo was superb. Well decorated. Were given an excellent overview the unit when we arrived. Added touch a bottle of wine upon arrival and Starbucks coffee for the morning. Would highly recommend this unit for your stay in Seattle.

This condo has all the comforts of home. It was perfect for four of us. There is one king size bed and another king bed that can be divided into twins. Also a sofa bed in the livingroom. The management is very friendly and helpful. You will be settled in in no time.

The description was accurate, and the photos reflective of the great condo. Would highly recommend it. Our 3 kids loved being in the same room and loved the gardens snails in the courtyard and the Wii system. It was a treat to have Pike Place Market within walking distance for daily amazing food and gorgeous flowers (fresh fruit and seafood selection just tremendous!). Great restaurants and shops all within walking distance or a quick cab ride. When something didn't go as planned, Yvonne and Melissa were very accommodating and quick to rectify. Can't say enough about this place. My daughter now wants to move to there when she grows up! We dream about returning.

We were here in June 2011. It was wonderful. Great location, good building, interior unit overlooking courtyard so there is no noise from the street. Well fit out kitchen. All new appliances and furnishings. Good for a familly with small children. Parking is very convenient, but you certainly don't even need a car. All major tourist attractions are in easy walking distance; others on light rail and other mass transit lines. I highly recommend the property and I'm rather discerning.

5 star apartment

Stayed in this lovely apartment after our cruise and could not have been happier. Arrived early in the morning and Yvonne met us so that we could get and early start exploring the city. Walked into a lovely building and a gorgeous apartment with a wonderful bottle of wine waiting for us. Yvonne was wonderful in aquainting us with the apartment and the neighborhood and soon we were on our way. We did not rent a car and the location was so perfect we did not need it. It was so wonderful to return to this apartment at the end of the day and feel so comfortable as if we were home. Prior guest had left coffee and sugar so we made sure to leave some items for the next guest...you feel like you are with family. We will surely rent the apartment again when visiting Seattle and recommend it to our friends and family

Amazing condo!

The condo -- Yvonne was more than accommodating throughout our stay. We arrived early, a few hours before our scheduled check-in time but Yvonne met us at the building and made sure our luggage was secured until the unit was ready, freeing us to start our Seattle sightseeing. The condo was more than comfortable and virtually spotless. Yvonne made sure we enjoyed our stay -- even leaving a bottle of local wine, fruit and chocolate for us. We especially enjoyed our evenings on the roof deck, taking in the sights while visiting over a bottle of wine. The condo is in a convenient location and as walkers, we were centrally located and able to walk to most attractions. My only apprehension would be walking in the area after dark. I'd suggest a cab (not a cabernet, a taxi cab) if you come home late, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying in the condo again on our next visit to Seattle.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The condo itself was neat and clean, everything was new, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living/dining area were spacious and exactly as promised. The location was incredible. Right downstairs are adorable restaurants and bars, plus a little coffee shop just outside the front door. Even better, it's equi-distant from downtown (Pike's Market, etc.) and Seattle Center (Space Needle, etc.), both of which are in very easy walking distance. Yvonne went above and beyond to help out with all of our questions about the area, make wonderful suggestions, and take care of us. The condo building is also really nice -- we used the gym, with all the cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights you could need, and also the pool/jacuzzi/sauna area. I would absolutely go back to this condo again, and would recommend it to anyone. Have a great trip!

My husband and I stayed here with our four kids (all under age 10) and had such a great time! The condo is spotless and so cozy. We loved it so much we ended up staying an extra night. Three of our kids stayed in one room with 2 twins and 1 trundle, and my husband and I stayed in the master bedroom with our baby (who slept in the brand new pac-n-play provided by the owners). It was perfect for our family of 6! I couldn't ever imagine staying in a hotel after enjoying the luxury of this condo. The location is perfect! We walked to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, The Center House, Monorail, Aquarium and more. Both owner and property manager were extremely kind and helpful. I hope we can come back soon!

I cannot say enough about how great our stay was in early April in this condo. Location, amenities are ideal for our family of 4. Also, it's quiet, the kitchen is well stocked, and the recent remodel and brand new furnishings were a huge bonus. I highly recommend it to families and couples looking for a wonderful stay in Seattle!

We stayed at this condo for three nights during our kids Spring Break. We have 3 children and we brought our niece along also. We never felt crowded at all. This condo was so nicely decorated - we absolutely loved it! We were able to walk and sight see during the day and the kids loved swimming in the pool at night and playing the wii that is in the unit. We will definitely recommend this condo to all of our friends and we look forward to staying here on our next trip to Seattle. Thanks Yvonne :)

Great stay in Seattle

We came to Seattle with another couple and had a wonderful time staying in this lovely, clean condominium. Having 2 bathrooms was a big bonus! We loved the king bed and the bedding was so comfortable, we asked Yvonne where they bought the sheets. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. We loved sipping wine on the rooftop terrace. The only downside is the condominium is so nice, that we weren’t very motivated to explore the city! That said, we did manage to get out and eat in some of the local restaurants. Yvonne was so helpful and the information packet she provided was great. There are so many restaurants to choose from right in the neighborhood. We had no idea Seattle was such a gourmet city! Our favorite was Marco’s Supperclub, which is just a block away. We will recommend this place to all our friends and hope to stay here on our next visit to Seattle.

This property was a fantastic place to stay ...clean, quiet, easy access to everything in Seattle. Great restaurants and coffee shops right out the front door and the Pike Place Market is just a short walk away. Reservations and obtaining keys was easy; the property was extremely clean and well kept. Great customer service from the Yvonne. We will be returning to Seattle in the Fall and will certainly try to get this place again. I have recommended this property to everyone I know.

This was a great Condo for our family of four. We took the train from Portland to Seattle and walked from the train station (about 1 mile) and found it with no problems. The condo is clean and new with all the amenities you need. Great eateries in the building and location was great to pier, space needle, museums and other sightseeing locations. We never took a taxi or car- we traveled on foot and bus and monorail. I would highly recommend this condo - it was a little noisy on Friday night as it was warm out with the windows open you could hear the night life outside.
