This lovely home boasts a private location with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, and a pool. The main living area has a large screen TV and a gas fire place for the winter months. In the sunroom overlooking a beautiful backyard there is workout equipment and satalite TV.
The Master Bedroom downstairs has a king bed,TV,DVD player and a crib for the little one. There is a full bath with a jet tub off the Master.
The second floor bedroom on the right also has king bed with a private bath. Two other bedrooms on this floor share a hall bath and both have queen beds. The washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.
The third floor has 4 single beds and 2 double beds for the children. A view of the ocean can be seen from the 3rd floor. With an easy walk to the beach this is a perfect location to create some wonderful Folly memories. Small events are welcome and can host as many as 50 guests.
