  Seeing how wonderful the beach is, if we come here again we will pick the beach side. Our stay here was pleasant but we were rather shocked that we needed to purchase the essentials, toilet paper, hand soap, coffee filters,dish soap, dish scrubbers, salt & pepper, paper towels, etc. The laundry was about 80 yards away which was a disappointment. Nice area but making a left turn out of the complex was always difficult. Lots of foliage but also rather dark. The office was difficult to reach the day before and the day of arrival, never did make it through, just got the garbled answering machine, so we were a little freaked when we arrived and had no idea how to get our key as the office was closed. The beach is out of this world!!

  This is the second year in a row that we have spent both Christmas and New Year's Eve at this property. Once again we found the escape from the Ohio snow most enjoyable! The sand is so cool and white that the first time our two year old stepped into it, she said "Oh - snow!" We loved spending time at the pool and building castles in the sand, and really appreciated the fact that there were sand toys available...one less thing that we needed to pack. The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable, and we are looking forward to returning!

  This was our first trip to the Sarasota/Siesta Key area and we loved it. The condo was everything that we needed it to be. The photos and listing description accurately reflected the property. The owner was more than helpful. We would definitely stay there again and will surely recommend this property. Thanks so much.

  Just got back from a week at this condo. It has a very good location was a few minutes walk across property to the beach. Being on the intercostal side was quiet and laid back. Beach was very nice and uncrowded was expecting more people. There's alot of stuff in the area to do from dinning to activities. Condo decorated nicely and very clean. Really felt like home and the people there are supper nice. Had a great time and already looking forward to next years trip.

  Everything was exactly as was stated in the description and photos. Plenty of room and comfortable accomodations, beautiful landscaping and very easy walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping and easy access into town. My husband and son spent a ton of time fishing off the dock right out the back door. Had a great stay at a great price and will hopefully come back!

  Dear owners: We had a wonderful time staying at your condo. It was clean and very comfortable. The walk to the beach is 3 minutes so not bad at all. We had a perfect weather with no rain during the week. My family and I had a great time. I'll stay at your place again in the near future. I also signed the guestbook you have in your condo.   Just recently returned from our stay in this charming Midnight Cove condo. Even though there were five adults & one child, occupying the space, we did not feel overcroweded in this unit. We did, however, move the large dining table out to the screened lanai, as it made it hard to maneuver around in the living room with it in the room.....especially with a one year old who had just begun walking & ran into things a lot =). When we checked in the unit was nicely cleaned, but it did appear that the previous occupants may have put the dishes away without proper cleaning....which housekeeping probably should have checked up on....we did have to rewash almost all the dishes, cookware & glasses. The beds were very comfortable, with the exception of the sleep sofa (my son & his girlfriend complained that they could feel the "bars" through the mattress.....maybe having an aero / inflatable bed would be a better option......a queen size mattress would be perfect)....and the furnished linens, pillows, and towels (nice thick ones, too!!), were in ample supply, along with plenty of beach towels. We really enjoyed eating out on the screened lanai, which is very spacious......and made use of the properties gas grills, which are furnished on the grounds for MC residents & guests......a nice "perk"!! Another extremely nice "perk" of this property, are the furnished chairs & umbrellas on the beach......along with an attendant to set them up for you......staying on the Bay side of the property, we were really glad we didn't have chairs to lug back and forth!! Thanks so much for your hospitality, Jennifer, and for renting us your nice beach condo at such a reasonable rate. VRBO is the wya to go, and saved us quite a bit over the regular Midnight Cove rental riate!! We would highly recommend this condo to others for a relaxing beach getaway =)!! Kind regards, Jane

  Relaxing atmosphere and great spot for family of 3 to spend time together. Nice pools on property site as well as easy access to the beach. Felt so at home will for the first time be coming back to this vacation spot....I have been looking for a vacation spot to return to and this feels like it! Great staff and easy transactions and good communication. Loved the experience!

  This little gem is in the perfect spot for a beach getaway. Located just across the street from the beach and minutes from the heart of Siesta Key. Easy mainland access as the south bridge is right at the corner. Condo is perfect for families, nestled away from the main road with a view of the canal. Great porch too! Take advanatge of all that Siesta Key and Sarasota have to offer. You won't be disappointed.
