Have available a 2 bedroom villa in the Sheraton Mountain Vista resort in Avon, Colorado. Avon is 10 miles west of Vail and primarily accesses the Beaver Creek mountain range for skiing and snowboarding.
Availability dates are from Sunday, December 30th (4 pm ck in) through Sunday, January 6th (10 am ck out). So you can spend New Years in a great villa in Colorado!
The villa consists of two sections connected by a central door (see attachment for layout). The larger section has a king bed, 2 fireplaces, queen sleeper sofa, dining table for 4, 2 barstools, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The smaller unit has a queen bed, 1 fireplace, full sleeper sofa, table for 4, washer/dryer and well equipped kitchette.
We have stayed in this resort before and were very pleased. Walking distance from Westin gondola to Bachelor Gulch. Ski shop onsite is nice. Typical emenities of a Sheraton resort.

Why the Owner Chose Avon:
Week 52 is a hard week for availability. We bought it so that we could bring our kids to ski while school was out. The villa is perfect because we prefer to cook to feed our crew rather than eating out all the time. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
With two separate units, we are able to invite friends / family and provide them with their own space. We can open the connecting door and be together or close it to have some time separately.
The walk to the Westin Gondola takes about 5 minutes. The free bus service also provides free access to the ski area. That is a nice plus.
