Beautiful Destin Beachfront Condo from $105 / Night (Sleeps 6)

  We spent eight nights in this spacious 13th floor, 2-bedroom condo at the Emerald Towers. We saw dolphins and stingrays jumping out of the warm Gulf water from the beachfront balcony. Though we couldn’t physically see the sun rise or set, the spectacular color on the clouds was a breathtaking site. We used the chairs and umbrella that are in the back bedroom closet to enjoy the snow white soft sand on the beach. The only thing we didn’t like is we had to set the condo’s umbrella up behind the ones that you could reserve from the beach staff for $26 per day. I felt like the private peach was only for people willing to pay the $26 per day fee to use the beach and NOT for the average resident of Emerald Towers. I really didn’t think that was fair and it isn't the condo owners fault. Emerald Towers staff should leave space in their umbrella line-up for people that want to use their own umbrella. We couldn’t enjoy front row unobstructed view of the water unless we paid the fee and used their equipment. But on the good side, they picked the $26 per day umbrella/chairs up around 4:00 PM and we then enjoyed the unobstructed view and sunset colors. We took a trip to the Tourist Information building in Fort Walton Beach and picked up coupons for restaurants. It was well worth the trip over the bridge to get them. There are also three grocery stores in the area so you can pick up the basics. Also, by the pool are two gas grills that you can use to cook your meals. All in all we had a wonderful time.

  Found condo to be more than we expected. Very, very clean, everything maintenance free and a great view from the deck. Owner was very easy to work with. Great location, easy access to food, walmart, and entertainment. Great beach area.

  We stayed here in September 2011. The room was perfect for my family of 5. We have stayed at other local condo units in the past. This room and building were far superior to those. The room was the perfect size. We ate breakfast and lunch in our room each day and dined out for dinner. We very much appreciated having use of the beach toys (that we found in the guest room closet). It was so nice to have full use of the kitchen, pots/pans, utincels, tupperware, etc. We used the washer/dryer in the room everyday. We would love to be guests again. Waking up to the beautiful Destin sunrise was amazing.

  My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay here! My parents tagged along too and we couldn't have been more at home. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and were very easy to work with! After checking the schedule and noticing that the condo wasn't booked the day we were leaving, we emailed them and they were very much open and easy to handle the extra night stay. We will most likely be coming back to this unit!

  We stayed at this property July 2011 and had a wonderful time. It had everything you could possibly want. Beautiful view, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, good location, and a very friendly staff. The condo was clean and had a full size washer and dryer which was used daily. We had ample towels and were surprised to find some beach toys and chairs in the closet. I would have liked to know that the balcony is what I would consider small. It worked out fine but we prefer just a bit bigger. There were four adults and 2 children and we were out there most of the time. I would certainly stay here again and can recommend this unit without one bit of hesitation.
