You can watch the torchlight parade from the deck or balcony of this lovely home and the Red River is right out the back door. it has a convenient location next to a fishing pond, town shopping, restaurants, galleries and activities. The ski area, river and mountain views are breathtaking; In the winter, you can even watch the skiers or torch light parade from the back patio. The home is like new with the remodeling and newer furniture.The first floor features tile and wood floors, open floor plan with kitchen, breakfast bar and a cozy living room with fireplace, river/courtyard access, great decor and furniture. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc. to cook and enjoy meals in your vacation rental.
