My wife and I had a wonderful time, and Dotan and Sivan were excellent hosts. They organised surfing, taxis, a snorkeling trip and even picked up some groceries for us. The villas are even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It was great to get back from a long day and jump straight in the pool - some days we got into the pool in the morning and just spent the day floating and reading a book. When we wanted to surf or go for a long walk, the beach was 30 seconds walk away. It was a great holiday, and we already have plans to come back with friends.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A unique vacation in Costa Rica

We stayed few nights at this unique villas. The villas are beautifully decorated and planned with attention to the smallest details, and the staff is helpful and efficient. Just meters from the sea we could enjoy the tranquility of our villa and swimming pool and walk easily to the beach.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Villa Santa Teresa located at the perfect location in Santa Teresa & Costa Rica, Not crowded and still minute away from all you need, Located few steps from the heavenly beach shore. The Villas are beautiful and well equipped, very well maintained and cleaned daily, They are so quiet and calm, The compound including awesome swing pool and the kids enjoyed every second playing all day, The owners are so kind and hospitable. We strongly recommend Villa Teresa and not a day goes by that we are eager to return....

Incredible Place and Experience!

My husband and I visited Santa Teresa for the first time towards the end of January and our experience was amazing from the start. Villas Santa Teresa was the perfect spot for us since it allowed us enough privacy without being too secluded. The owners, Dotan and Sivan, were nothing but helpful, hospitable and kind. Maria did a great job keeping the villas clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Our villa was beautiful and had the perfect amount of indoor and outdoor space. It was just steps away from the beach so we didn't have to waste time and energy getting there. Having a pool was great to have when we wanted to just kick back at the end of our day. Additionally, the area is great and is only a few minute drive from most of the restaurants there. Overall, it was an incredible place and experience and we definitely plan on returning to Villas Santa Teresa the next time we travel to Costa Rica!

Amazing, amazing place!

We went with our two baby boys and I couldnt have been happier! The place was spacious, clean, the mamagers wre accomodating and so helpful. The place is a second away from the beach and the pool is key in the late afternoon. I cant wait to get back there!

The villa is quiet, clean, relaxing, and the pool is a must in the late afternoon! We took our two baby boys and had a blast. The beach is a second away, there is food right there, management is SO accomodating and basically you are in a fantasy!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent a lot of time at the Villa cooking for ourselves and enjoying the amazing views from the deck. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis along with the common area. The pool was a great place for us just to hang out during the hot hours of the day. The owners were so nice and accommodating! they made sure we felt home during our vacation. We got great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I feel so lucky to have chosen the best place I could have stayed in Santa Teresa... It was my first time in Costa Rica so there were a lot of options. The villas are incredible! Charming, clean, well designed, quiet, but still close to everything. The pool was fantastic after a long day at the beach and the staff was very helpful and kind. We loved waking up and seeing the birds and monkeys coming to greet us. The beach is very close, just a few steps from there, so you can hear the waves at night which is lovely... Dotan and his wife are the best hosts you could ask for. They will help you in whatever you need and will give you the best tips about Santa Teresa, including where to eat, where to go, etc. If you are planning on going to Santa Teresa, this is definitely the best place to stay by far!

We found these villas by chance. We were looking for a place for the night and we were so lucky they had an opening. The villas are beautiful, luxurious and very comfortable. Perfectly designed indoor and outdoor spaces. Very nice pool and only steps from the beach. We even had an ocean view. Very quiet. Everything is spotless and very well maintained. Very nice touches with fresh flowers on pillows and table. Owners are great at helping with activities or just letting you relax. There is also the best restaurant we experienced in Costa Rica right next door. Gourmet food right on the beach with a gorgeous sunset view.

We found these villas by chance. We were looking for a place for the night and we were so lucky they had an opening. The villas are beautiful, luxurious and very comfortable. Villas Santa Teresa was absolutely amazing!! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved everything about it! We were originally supposed to stay 5 nights at the villas but were lucky enough to extend to 9 nights. The Villas are very well kept and we loved having a full kitchen to make delicious fresh fruit smoothies and cook fresh caught barracuda. The beach is just a stone's throw away from the villas and is truly one of the nicest sections of beach in the area. The surfing is great and there are also some little tide pools nearby that have some interesting sea life. The location of the villas is perfect as well. It is a little bit north of the main part of town so there is less people but it is still close enough to walk or ride bicycles to shopping and restaurants. My wife a I rented bicycles for our entire stay and that worked very well. I have been to Santa Teresa 3 times now and Villas Santa Teresa is my absolute favorite place I have stayed. Would recommend the villas to anyone traveling to the Santa Teresa/ Mal Pais area. Thank you Dotan and Sivan for you generosity and hospitality!

Awesome Villas!!!

We have been coming to Santa Teresa for the past 8 years and this was by far one of the best places we have stayed in. The villas have an awesome design with a great outdoor porch for hanging out and eating. The pool was perfect for our kids for the hot afternoons after surfing. We also loved Maria who cleaned our villa and worked harder than anyone I know. Richard who manages the villas took care of everything we needed. When I cut my foot and needed medical care and stitches Richard was on it immediately and arranged the doctor to come to us! This was my favorite location. It is a bit down the road from busy part of town which is why we loved it. We loved the new Roca Mar restaurant which was steps from the villas. Great food and great entertainment!

i came from poland and i had a great vacation in villa santa tersa,the accomodation is very nice,the place is very clean,amazing design, very close to beach. i have been in many places im sure ill come back there again, dotan the manger is a very nice person and all the people around were very nice. there is very many restaurants and things to do around, perfect, pefect, perfect

We spent our vacation at Villas Santa Teresa. We immediately fell in love with the place. It is beautiful and cozy and you just want to stay forever. The property and the Villa is amazingly beautiful, extremely large, impeccably decorated and located on the best location in Santa Teresa. The Villa was fully equipped with everything that we needed- full kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers, plus beautiful bedroom with TV and A/C, large and specious living room, big balcony with dining table and kitchen- with such a well equipped kitchen, it was easy to just stay in and cook delicious fresh food! The beach is one of the most wild and exotic beaches we have seen. I loved my stay there; it couldn't be closer to the sea without being in it! it felt both very private and conveniently located at the same time. Monkeys and iguanas are your friendly neighbors i would highly recommend staying there! The perfect home for a relaxing and restful vacation in the sun Enjoyed the wildlife and meeting the monkeys, squirrels, iguanas, birds and hermit crabs If you're looking for a private retreat...this is it!

The place is A M A Z I N G!!!!!! I came there with my family for a vacation and had the best vacation ever: the place is beautiful, quiet, every thing you might think of you have it there beautiful beach , comfortable place, excellent service (the owner is very nice - took care of any need we had). Stunning place n location! Beautiful beach very cozy villa the service was outstanding - any thing I needed the owner made sure I'll get it.... One of the best vacations I ever had and I wish I could go there every month!!!!!
