Completed in 2007, this five bedroom new construction penthouse home is perfect for the family vacation wanting to be directly on the beach, but also wanting lots of amenities and gourmet kitchen. Sleep up to ten adults or children in five bedrooms, this penthouse has a huge private balcony with stunning direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. Fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to feed the crew, but you can still walk to shopping and fine dining in the village. YOUR FAMILY WILL LOVE THIS HOUSE. No pets No smoking. Perfect as a getaway for just a couple, or great for the whole family.
We prefer weekly or monthly rentals, but will consider nightly rate with a three night minimum if within 14 nights of todays date. Check my availability calendar then call for details. Most rentals begin on Saturday. Sorry, no pets.

Jun-Aug ................ $3995/week (Sat-Saturday only)
Snowbirds call for monthly winter rental rate.
Nightly rental within 14 days is $995/night. Three night minimum.
Georgia/Florida weekend $3,995. No students, no loud parties.
High Speed Internet is FREE, so bring your laptops - ethernet!
