  I stayed with with a group of couples for a big birthday weekend and we all had an amazing time. The house is really spectacular and we couldn't have asked for a better place. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

  I've stayed at a lot of places, but this place is by far is the best! From the pool area to the master suite, nothing can really compare to the amenities found at this house. I stayed there with my family and everyone (including the kids) had a great time. I love the relaxing nature of the house and the ability to move freely between the inside and outside. The pool area is just top notch. If considering staying here, make sure to also check out the River which was just down the street. I definitely plan on staying here again next year.

  Every detail in this mid-century modern home is meticulous. The master suite is amazing with it's walk-in shower, deep tub, and comfortable bed. The backyard is perfect. We've stayed several times (with adults and with our kids) and we never want to leave. Pull up a lounge chair, pour a drink, put on some music, and we're in heaven!

  Fantastic House in every way! I had to find a house large enough for 4 couples, all of varied tastes and needs...The House was perfect! It's set up with 4 bedrooms and an Entertainers Open Floor Plan. I was praised for my choice of house, which was no easy feat. Honestly, we felt like we were in a model home. Cyndi was great, she made herself available before and during our stay, but when we walked in the house, everything was so well put together, including ample cooking supplies, towels (large luxurious towels) and linens, I had no reason to phone her. Loved the Outdoor Living space, we sipped much wine on the outside sectional sofa..so glamourous. This is a great house, after my kids saw the pix, they say they get to come next time...Im up for that!!!!

  The house and pool far exceeded my expectations. I knew from the photos it was going to nice, and well decorated but I had no idea how spacious and luxe it would be. The outside pool area feels like you are at a grand hotel and the living area is a great open floor plan, while the bedrooms offered plenty of privacy. It was perfect for us. Cyndi, the owner, was extremely helpful and accessible...I recommend this house for both Family get away as well as a great place for a few couples to vacation together.

  We came with our family and had a fabulous vacation. This home is awesome first and foremost because of the land. The back yard has a massive pool and is surrounded by grass and beautiful beds to lounge on. The view from the pool is to the mountains and the back yard gets plenty of sun even in the Winter. The layout of the house was perfect for our families as the adults each had their privacy on opposite ends of the house. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Will definately be back next year.

  The discerning owners eye and attention to detail are the first things that come to mind upon entering the chic estate. It's clear they put a great deal of thought into the details and design of this newly renovated property. The bedrooms are all extremely spacious, impeccably clean and have luxurious linens- EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE BEDS. Four Seasons could have a contender in the way of the worlds most comfortable bed. It's rare to find a property in the desert with charm and a minimalist approach, while still managing to feel comfortable and relaxed. Upon deciding on this property and another closer PS, we are glad we went in this direction, as we didn't want to leave once we got settled. It's the perfect house for decompressing and entertaining as there is plenty of room on the upper lawn to play Bocci Ball and an outdoor BBQ to grill. We mostly ate outside and took advantage of the amazing grounds/pool. While I was there I thought of all the possibilities on how we could utilize the property on our next vacation... it's perfect for a girls getaway, rehearsal dinner for wedding, even a small wedding, eco-chic retreat, couples getaway or even just for two people who enjoy the finer things in life :). Enjoy!

  This is a stunning home. Very peaceful and relaxing. All the rooms are very spacious; we never felt crowded (even with 9 people in the house). We were there with children, parents, grandparents, and singles and we all liked it very much. The house is very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The backyard is wonderful with the pool and the patio. The large lounge beds are an elegant touch alongside the pool. The location is great, walking distance to the River mall and hiking trails. It's just a few block of the 111 so it is easy to get to shopping and restaurants. We just loved it.

Rates do not include special events or holidays. The pool is VERY large and we charge $50/day to heat the pool to 85 degrees.

50% due to confirm booking and the remainder due 30-60 days prior to stay.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Cleaning fee of $150 to $200. City Taxes of 10%.
