Welcome to the beautiful east shore of Canandaigua Lake. This home was recently remodeled and updated with comfort and family enjoyment in mind. The home offers 6 spacious bedrooms 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The cottage also has a large kitchen and covered front porch, great for preparing and enjoying meals while taking in the wonderful surrounding. Once outside the cottage guest can enjoy a huge front yard which runs directly to 700' of level lake frontage and a great swimming beach area. The front yard is perfect for horseshoes, boceball,frisbee or any other activity you could imagine. We have picnic tables placed throughout the yard for outdoor dining if you choose.
The first floor includes a modern large kitchen which opens into a large dining and sitting area. Just off the living room is the front door which opens onto the spacious front porch. The first floor also includes a large bedroom with queen bed and attached full bathroom. To the rear of the kitchen is another bathroom and laundry room.
The second floor is reached by one of two staircases either off the kitchen or living room. Once upstairs there is a commom area with a couch for relaxing, reading or just hanging out. You will find five bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds one of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a twin bed and the fifth bedroom has three twin beds. All bedrooms have window air conditioning units.
