The house is located 2 miles south of Livingston, Montana at the mouth of the Paradise Valley. The house sits on 6 beautiful, partially wooded acres with Yellowstone River frontage just out the back door. Recently remodeled, the Yellowstone River House offers all the amenities such as WI-FI, flat screen t.v., cable, washer/dryer and a full kitchen with all new appliances. With 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

I was absolutely impressed by this rental and it's owner, Dan. Dan was very communicative with me as I had so many questions upon arrival. He even went out of this way to call me with alternative directions as the off ramp to the rental was closed the day of our arrival. He supplied me with a pack n' play and high chair for my 2 year old that I would have otherwise had to bring. What a blessing that was! With the rental nestled between the Yellowstone river and the fly shop, it was the perfect place for our family. We were central to everything: Yellowstone, Broadview, Billings, Bozeman, etc. The rental was clean and decorated nicely. Equipped with a washer/dryer, utility sink (which served as a bathtub for my toddler) and kitchen with up to date appliances this is a great place! We had 4 couples and a 2 year old, all able to have a bed and room. Perfect! We hope to come back again some day. Thank you Dan for a great vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

The pictures do not lie! This is an incredible property which is beautifully located near Livingston, Montana. The ambiance is soothing and comfortable. It is conducive to quiet conversation as well as to gaming, relaxing with a drink, or watching television. There is nothing we would change about the accommodations. Everything, from the spacious grounds to the interior decorating, was beyond our expectations. This Yellowstone River house shows real pride of ownership in the cleanliness of the house and the grooming of the vegetation. We will definitely consider spending more time there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

I totally enjoyed my stay at this lovely home. As I walked in the front door I was amazed at the rustic, yet elegant and welcoming decor. From intimate conversation areas, to the television area with a large flat-screen television, I fell in love with this well-appointed 4 bedroom 2 bath vacation home. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. Close to West Yellowstone, Chico Hot Springs and the Bridger Ski Hill. Shopping and groceries are all within a couple miles. I'd stay there again without hesitation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
