It is ideally located in North West Point and just steps away from many places of interest, such as the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Cove and the Motor Museum, as well as many dive sites and restaurants.
The condo also offers all the comfort of a home away from home. Only a few minutes away from the Airport, and popular beaches, such as Cemetery Beach and 7 Mile Beach. With direct sea access, it becomes a diver's paradise, as many diving sites are in close proximity.
With a wide range of fine restaurants, you'll be able to satisfy the most discerning of appetites. You can choose from Cracked Conch, Morgan's Harbour, Osetra Bay, Calypso Grill and Pappagallo, just to name a few places to dine.
Cayman is a jewel in the Caribbean and has an extensive list of activities you can enjoy. From snorkeling to diving, horseback riding, swimming with dolphins and stingrays, petting turtles, gazing at blue iguanas... or simply catching a few rays of tropical sun. We loved this condo! This was our sixth visit to the island and by far our favorite place to stay. The condo is far enough away from Georgetown so you are out of the main stream of tourist and yet close enough to grab a bit to eat or go shopping. The neighbors (long term) are AMAZING. The neighbor upstairs baked us cookies on our first day and a loaf halfway through our stay. We met three other neighbors who were so kind who we had wonderful conversations with. The condo is literally walking distance from Lighthouse Point which offers spectacular scuba diving. Other diving is offered within a few miles as well as public beaches. The condo is on the ocean side of the street. There are two buildings between the condo and the water which equates to about a 45 second walk to the ocean. There is an oceanview when sitting on the sofa in the living room. The sofa has a sleeper which would be fine for children. The air conditioners work well and there are ceiling fans throughout. The appliances work well and the layout is great. There is a stackable washer/dryer which allows you to limit the amount of cloths you bring and the fact that it has a full kitchen allows you to save some $$$ on not eating out. The internet is a bit slow but seriously, you are on vacation........get off the web! The owners are amazing! When we arrived the refrigerator was stocked with water. They offered to shop for us prior to arriving but we declined. There was a pre-paid local phone already charged up for our convenience and they also offered a rental car but we already had one set up. The cost for the condo was great as well. When I was comparing prices for hotels vs. private rentals this by was the best deal. Nightly rates compared to a cheap hotel in Georgetown (which we previously stayed at) which does not offer half of what the condo offered. We would recommend this condo to all and we have every intention on staying there again in the future. We have even considered moving to the island and would consider living here long term should we decide to make the plunge.
