This is a three bedroom, two bath single family home, approximately one mile from the beach and Wiggins Pass State Park. The walk to the beach passes through Conners Park. The front entry has a half wall and a fence section for privacy. The back yard is completely fenced for privacy and or pet. The interior has been completely re-painted and both bathrooms and the kichen have been recently updated with SieMatic Cabinetry, Stainless Steel G.E. Profile appliances and granite counters with full height backsplash as well as a new air conditioner - heater. The main bathroom has a bathtub - shower combo and the master has a walk in shower. Broadband high speed internet with a wireless router, free long distance in the US, upgraded cable with high definition 47inch flatscreen and a Blue Ray Disk Player is included. There are also TVs in the master bedroom and both guest bedrooms. The oversized single car garage contains one year old washer and dryer. Behind the kitchen is a large sunroom with a full sized pool table.

This is the best deal in the Park. The beautiful, high end kitchen was a treat, and the house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed to have a nice stay. Our golden retriever was very happy with the big back yard! Thank you for everything.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers.

Nicely furnished, very comfortable Has everything you could possibly want or need, including 2 beautiful bicycles that you can ride to the pristine beach one mile away. Conveniently located. Close to to all shopping, theatre and restaurants. We are truly enjoying our stay, so is our three year old Beagle, Samantha who has a huge fenced in yard to romp in!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

We loved the convenience and comfort of this newly renovated bungalow. The updates and furnishings were very tasteful. It's a short walk to the beach and many conveniences. We'll definitely keep this one in mind for later visits to Naples.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
