  We arrived and had trouble finding the location of the room key. When we did find it it was a partial key and it got stuck in the door. The room is a little cramped. I had 2 teenagers with me and we were a little surprised that the room didn't seem as big as the pictures indicated. Overall it is a nice room and a good location. The beach is quiet, the pool area is nice also. The rules for departure were easy enough to comply, but I worried how much is excessive sand. There is a Tiki bar right under the room and sometimes the music would be left on all night. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If I return to Treasure Island I would consider staying here again.

  THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, RIGHT ON THE BEACH, CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. THE CONDO WAS OK, PRETTY MUCH AS DESCRIBED. THE KEY WE PICKED UP TO GET INTO THE CONDO WAS BROKEN AND ALMOST GOT STUCK IN THE DOOR. MY HUSBAND "RIGGED" IT SO WE COULD GET IT IN AND OUT.THE MAIN PROBLEM WE HAD WERE NOT ENOUGH TOWELS, WASHCLOTHES, DISH CLOTHES OR BEACH TOWELS FOR THE TIME WE WERE THERE. WE BROUGHT RUGS FOR THE CONDO TO HELP KEEP SAND OUT OF THE LIVING AREA. IT WAS CLEAN JUST NEEDS A FEW EXTRA TOUCHES TO BE MORE COMFORTABLE. WE WOULD RENT IT AGAIN, GOOD PLACE FOR THE MONEY.

  We stayed @ 220 Island Inn for 2 wks in April of 2012 and we were satisfied with mostly everything! We liked that this place was a 3 minute walk on the beach to Caddy's!! This place is also close to Publix Supermarket and walking distance to Salty Rim Grill and a short Beach Trolley ride to John's Pass Village!! The place was clean and we liked the corner balcony unit which overlooked the pool. We were right over Rik's Tiki Bar so we enjoyed the music! Our first evening was quite enjoyable as they had a live blues band performing @ the pool/Tiki Bar! It was a bit noisy in the morning when the maids started their day as we were located right accross the hall from their room which was also the hotel's laundry room. We would recommend this place but if you are looking for total quiet , you might want to try a different part of this hotel.

  Eine praktisch und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in einer (Hotel-) Anlage direkt am Strand mit kleinem Balkon. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und schwimmende Delphine in Blickweite inklusive. Div. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Kleiner Nachteil: Klimaanlage nicht gerade geräuscharm, Matratzen sehr weich, Putzcrew des Hotels hat ihren Waschraum direkt gegenüber, so dass es morgens früh lautstarkt "rund geht". Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

  Listing description accurate, and photos true to the property. Clean property, could use some updating with bedding especially. Owner very helpful, and would recommend this again for 2 persons, not 4. 2 full beds which are a snuggle for 2 adults per bed. Beach beautiful, great location, and will return. Front desk staff not helpful at all with anything, really. I believe they treat differently when you rent directly from them. Cannot use Kayaks, Paddleboards, etc. unless you are a guest of the hotel, not renting individually. Pool nice, tiki bar nice. I will go back!

  Owner response: As a private owner guest, there may be some special hotel activities that are unavailable like the Kayaks or Paddleboards. The hotel guests do have to pay extra for these things, so it is understandable. Everything else on the property is open to all guests, hotel or not.

  It was nice, but I was put off a bit because they did not tell us that the Tikki bar was directly below our room. It played music from about 9 a.m well into the evening so we kept our door closed most of the time and it was a bit annoying. Also the water in the shower never got more than slightly warm. Other than that it was pretty clean with a nice view.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  Owner response: On occasion there may be a celebration like a wedding or in this case a good-bye party for the previous manager of the resort. The resort is under a new manager and we have not heard any complaints about noise. The tiki bar closes at 10pm.

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in August this year and had such a wonderful time. The room is absolutely beautiful, well decorated and clean. It has everything you need to enjoy either eating in or cooking out using the facilities gas grills, which we did several of the nights we were there. The beach view from the balcony is gorgeous and we were able to enjoy the dolphins swimming by several times either in the morning or the hours just before sunset. Several of the views had the dolphins swimming within the marked swimming area of the facility itself, we only wish we had been in the water to see it closer but we enjoyed it from the balcony just as well. The sunsets are spectacular and can be seen either from the balcony or from the beach just outside. We of course chose to walk outside to the beach to enjoy the sounds and sites up close. Our pictures turned out beautifully. Our cook-outs were planned around sunset so we sat at the tables on the downstairs common patio enjoying our meal and glass of wine just as the sun was about to set. It just so happened that during our stay there was a meteor shower at the height of it's showing which we discovered by accident on the first night. After seeing so many brilliant "shooting stars" on that night we spent several nights sitting on the beach itself watching the show. We lost count of how many we actually saw but I can say it was the most I've ever seen in my lifetime. It's a must if you like watching the stars. The pool and Tiki bar are a plus. During our visit it was family friendly and yet not overly so for a couple that wants to get away. We met families, couples and others that were repeat visitors and had a great time chatting and getting to know them. Liz (owner) was extremely helpful and was able to resolve our only minor request with an hour of my call to her. You can't beat that for service...Thank you Liz. I would highly recommend this for either a couple, friends, or even a family for a nice relaxing week away from home. We can't wait to go back to do it all over again.

  This vacation was a spur of the moment thing. I found this listing on VRBO and contacted them asap. I was so excited and had numerous questions, but everytime I called or emailed, I was greeted with such politeness and professionalism that it was a sure this was the place for me. The room and amenities were perfect. Everything was decorated so nice. There was a sitting area on the balcony directly above the pool. Perfect place for viewing early morning beach goers or watching the sunset. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. There was a fun little tiki bar by the pool, which made great "rum runners"! I had my own parking space so parking was never a problem. The condo is right on the main strip so access to restaurants, beach cafes, shopping, was easily accessible. I had a great time and recommend this property to anyone and everyone! I will be back.

  My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying in this condo at the end of March. It was very clean, well decorated, and well supplied. It was nice to not worry about bringing beach towels, and there is also a laundry facility right down the hall. The balcony overlooks the pool and tiki bar, so if you want total privacy this is not for you...but we really enjoyed it. The hotel itself is on a nice quiet part of the beach, and we were never bothered by other guests, noice, etc. It was nice to have the tiki bar/snack bar downstairs. The room was comfortable for the two of us, but it may be a little cramped if you had four adults there for an entire week. I would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and family. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing spot on Treasure Island, this is it.

  Since this property is privately owned you cannot rent any beach chairs or umberlla, I think it would be nice if some were provided. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

  Owner response: Guests should be able to rent directly from the beach vendors. However, we will work on getting some beach goodies in the condo. Thanks for the feedback!
