This unit is on the penthouse level with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Estero Bay. Perfect for families or a couple that just wants to get away. This unit has been newly decorated with a flat screen tv and dvd player, fully equipped kitchen and a king size bed with queen size air mattress. I will consider rate discounts for reservations of multiple months. This complex rests in a wonderful "park like setting" which includes several pools and a restaurant on site with a full menu. (Really good food :). You are directly across the street from the world famous Doc Fords Beach House and Bonita Beach State Park. Just minutes from Route 41, I-75 and the extensive shopping and dining experiences of Coconut Point Mall and Gulf Coast Town Center. You are centrally located in between the airport, shopping, dining and the beaches. You can't get any better then this. Enjoy a holiday or a month getaway from the cold up north. Enjoy your evenings with a good dinner while watching the sun set over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
