Dunes Club Palm Paradise is a luxury beachfront condominium on Cape San Blas. This complex of 15 condos was completed in 2004 and includes WIFI, a large pool(heated March and April), a beautiful stretch of beach and boat parking. Our unit is one of the most luxurious condos on the Cape. It features numerous upgrades including granite countertops, travertine floors, custom lighting and a shower that includes body sprays.
The furnishings offer the feel of the West Indies featuring beautiful furniture by Hooker and Braxton Culler, Casa Blanca style ceiling fans, palm tree accents and extremely comfortable beds. The living area has a soft oversize sleeper sofa, cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo and sliding glass doors that lead out to the large deck and Gulf view. The kitchen is full-size with a wonderful granite wrap around counter that seats six. Perfect for casual dining and entertaining. The kitchen is also fully stocked with appliances and utensils. It is truly a pleasure to cook in this well stocked kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV, DVD with sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking the Gulf. It also has it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with cable TV and VCR.
The deck overlooks the beach and heated pool and has table seating for five, plus loungers to relax the day away. Pets are welcome

GOLF
St. Joseph’s Bay Country Club boasts a pristine 18-hole championship golf course featuring mature trees, lush fairways, sloping greens, and strategically placed hazards on a traditional layout. Guests of Pristine Properties will enjoy one complimentary round of golf daily at St. Joseph’s with the purchase of an additonal round of golf. One tee time may be made each day—no more than 48 hours in advance. Proper golf attire is required. No personal coolers or beverages are allowed. Reservations are required.
DEEP SEA FISHING
Spend the day cruising through the warm waters of the Forgotten Coast and experience some of the most thrilling fishing the area has to offer aboard the Fish’n Xpress! Have your fresh catch professionally cleaned (please remember to tip the mates). Guests are provided with bait, tackle and fishing licenses. Onboard beverages are available for cash but guests can bring their own softsided coolers with food and drink (no glass or alcohol). Enjoy one complimentary adult fare per day with purchase of an additional adult fare. Reservations are required.
HORSEBACK RIDING ON THE BEACH
Experience the beauty of Cape San Blas as never before astride one of Broke-A-Toe’s gentle, professionally-trained horses for an afternoon that promises to be the highlight of your vacation! We love Cape San Blas. We have been on many beach vacations but Cape San Blas is by far our favorite. Our first visit was in 2002 when a neighbor told us that Cape San Blas had been named the #1 beach in the USA. We also have a 4 BR rental home on Cape San Blas.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The great walking beach, where you can walk all of the way to the lighthouse and barely see a soul, bonfires on the beach, the atmosphere in the condo which is enhanced by the custom lighting, and the large deck overlooking the pool and beach.

Hi, We are the Pridemores a family of 5 from Atlanta. We are the original owners of two of the Dunes Club units. At the time of construction we decided to make $40,000 in upgrades to each of the units, which included granite countertops, travertine floors, enlarged kitchen, custom lighting and more. We had so much fun in designing, decorating and setting up the condos, it was truly a family activity for almost a year.

We had a wonderful time, have been vacationing in CSB this time of year for about 5 years. This is our first time in Dunes Club 2A and we will certainly be looking to stay here again next year. The location and amenities are perfect for our family of 6 and our pets. We had a blast fishing, catching several whiting and shark. We also had our first Coneheads burgers...awesome.

What a great spring break we've had. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The weather was great! Shelling was awesome! The banana, vanilla wafer pudding ice cream at Scallop Cove was addictive. Having been to many spots in Florida before, we've never experienced anything that made us feel so close to what we imagine Florida used to be like - before all of the development, Hope to be back!

Thank you for such an awesome condo! Our 4 kids (plus 1 friend) loved it! Our little dogs loved it too! We had good weather with a couple of rainy days but enjoyed every minute of it. Anything is better than Chicago this time of year. The beach was amazing. Very quiet and remote. I felt very safe with the kids whose ages range form 5 to 17. We hope to return!! Thank you

Lovely and remote beach condo is well thought out. Our crew decided we could just stay and live here or at the very least return soon. Been to may beach locations, never felt so safe. Our 13 year olds were always in sight, we never saw a single questionable beach comber. :-) How cool it was to include our treaured dog (Zoe boxer/lab) She's smiling. Enjoyed the open air cross breezes. How beautiful the view is from the master suite - sun up, sun down and Gulf surf. It just doesn't look a bit like our sweet home Chicago!! Warm and sunny 80 degrees every day.

We have had such a fantastic time here in Cape San Blas! Your condo is beautiful and so comfortable for our family. We have enjoyed swimming, walking on the beach, riding jet skis and building the mother of all sandcastles. Our dog absolutely adored the beach although he is very disappointed that he did not catch a single seagull!! :-( Three generations of our family vacationed here this week and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

This was a beautiful condo on the second floor with a spacious layout and great view of the ocean from the deck. My wife and kids had a great time playing on the secluded white sand beach. I have never seen so many shells on the beach before in my life. We didn't eat out much on our trip due to the great local seafood markets near by. The St. Joe Shrimp Company and Tripletails seafood market had fresh fish and shrimp that we picked up and cooked back at the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans. Just remember to bring extra paper towels, trash bags, and TP along. I would definitely recommend this condo to any of my friends or family that were interested in visiting Cape San Blas.

We enjoyed 4 days and 3 nights in this beautiful condo. We have gone fishing out of a Marina in Port St. Joe for many years. We caught our limit on Trout and Flounder too! The fishing trip was well worth it...as our Captain is always a wonderful host on his boat! This year ranks up there as one of our faves! We especially enjoy that we can take our 4-legged friends along and they can enjoy the beach with us. They are a huge part of the reason that we visit Cape San Blas. We love pet friendly beaches! I had a ball getting out and finding seashells! They were in abundant supply! This condo was so very nice. We enjoyed eating out once for lunch and it was so pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the cool breeze and warm sunshine! We prepared all of our meals at the condo while we were there except for this one eating out venture. The only thing I would change is we needed a sharp knife in the kitchen for our food preparation and the coffee maker was in need of replacement. Next time we will take these two items from home if we get to stay here again. This unit is especially nice and I highly recommend it to all! If you take your dogs along just remember to take good care & clean up after them well so owners will continue to offer pet friendly places to use. Thank you for offering us your beautiful vacation home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...and look forward to returning in the near future!

Hi this is Roni, the owner of Dunes Club - Palm Paradise. I am down for a few days making sure everything is ready for the upcoming summer season. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the water is so blue. There is no place like Cape San Blas. My daughter and I were on the beach today and no one is here. We looked left and then looked right and we were the only ones on the beach. I will never understand why people go to the crowded beaches in Destin or Panama City when they can have their own personal beach on Cape San Blas.

What a great week we had. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed long walks on the beach with hardly a soul in sight. The condo is beautiful and so luxurious, but also cozy. We especially liked the kitchen and sitting on the deck. It's so quiet here, we loved our first visit to Cape San Blas and will definitely be back.
