  This was our first trip with our infant, and we needed an easy and serene place to stay. The view from this unit is amazing- pure white sand and the ocean right outside the living room's French doors. It was the perfect size for a small family, and being on the first floor made lugging our gear inside easier. The owner was responsive, accessible, and very helpful with my questions as I planned the trip. The unit is well appointed and decorated like a spa. We enjoyed driving two minutes down 30A to Seaside for shopping and dining. The only downside was noise from the unit above, lots of stomping around, dish clanging, and toilet flushing could be heard- but this is just unavoidable and no fault of the owners. I have a feeling that if we had contacted the owners they would have tried to address the noise, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

  We LOVE this place! On the beach, ground floor, great view, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful decor, easy-going owner. It was so nice to be self-indulgent and pamper ourselves with our second trip to this property. Our plan is to go down for a winter break every year because this makes for such a delightful diversion from the mundane. Can't hardly wait for the next time we visit.

  We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. Patty was so gracious to rent the unit to us for three days before our stay at a home in WaterSound. The view of the ocean was incredible to see each morning and just a few steps away to the water! We loved all the little added extras that Patty supplied for us. Our children enjoyed the bunk beds, building sand castles, playing on their wake boards but the highlight of our stay was experiencing the birth(hatching) of baby sea turtles just outside our balcony! SIMPLY AMAZING and something for us to cross off our bucket list! :-)

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  My kids were excited the morning we woke up to DOLPHINS PLAYING!! Everybody watched them jump up and out of the water a few times! Thank you for sharing such a great place with us, Patty!

  We all had a fantastic week at this condo!! The weather was perfect. Decor was nice! The floors were stained almost a dark brown coffee color which was just beautiful against the pastels. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! This was our second year to stay here and we created many more wonderful memories! Look forward to a return visit next year!

  We had a great stay at this unit in Seagrove. We have been visiting the area and staying on 30A for 5 years and this was the best location on the beach we have ever had....it is literally RIGHT on the beach and just a very short walk to the water. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with a fun beachy theme. The bed was very comfortable as well (only wish it was a king instead of queen!) Patty, the owner, was super to work with both before and during our stay. She even had a nice gift for us as a Thank You for our rental. The ONLY negative thing I can think to say was that since this is a first floor unit, you are able to hear walking and door slamming from upper units, however I told Patty about this (we had a VERY loud family above us all week) and she was on top of it so fast and even called the rental commpany that owns the unit upstairs to file a complaint on our behalf. Such great service on her part. Other than that we had such a fun vacation and do plan to book this unit again.

  What can we say? Absolutely amazing! The minute we opened the door we could see the BEAUTIFUL blue water. Such a great feeling! The condo is exactly as advertised...new, beautiful and was perfect for our family of four (our kids are 3 and 6). The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen is perfect and was fully stocked. Quick, private access to the beach. What more can you ask for? I loved that it's off a private street, rather than right on 30A. The owner was very friendly and helpful leading up to our trip too! The water is so pretty..it looks like the Caribbean, and it's so shallow and clear, so the kids were very comfortable. We are surrounded by lakes where we live in Kansas City so we didn't feel the need to check out the lake...but at the urging of some friends we met, we did check it out and we're so glad we did! The kids absolutely loved it...there is a shallow area right by the ocean...it's totally clear and you can see all the fish. We could sit and relax and know the kiddos were safe in the 2-3 feet of water. We spent most of our evenings in Seaside and we just loved it. I can't say enough. Amazing property and amazing vacation.

  My husband and I chose this unit as our 9th wedding anniversary get-away. It was all that you expect it to be plus more. The decor was perfect, it had everything that we needed, and it was RIGHT on the beach. The weather was perfect, the water was crystal clear and it was not crowded. I really could not have asked for anything better. Thanks for sharing your unit with us!
